BREAKFAST:

Baked beans and grilled tomatos on wholemeal toast ( work canteen)

Pineapple, melon and grapes (work canteen)

LUNCH:

Chips, sweetcorn, raw green, yellow and red peppers, raw red and white onions, chic peas, kidney beans and some rocket. (Work canteen...which btw they better stop feeding me salad or I will kill them even though it is pretty nice.)

DINNER: Well I got paid today so it is likely to be something with lots of fresh ingredients and very healthy. (I'll post what it is later)

Breakfast: Got up around noon, so I sauteed two veggie burgers with onions and mushrooms. also had a banana

Lunch: Made spaghetti (sauce had mushrooms, onions, garlic and brocolli along with the marinara). had a second banana and a cup of tea.

Dinner: driving around Cleveland and got a stromboli with mushrooms and peppers.

Not the best day today as it was alot of grains and not enough veggies... I'm sure it'll all stabilize once I get home and have better access to my own kitchen though.

breakfast: wheat bagel w/ better than cream cheese, half a grapefruit

lunch: veggie fajitas w/ black bean spread, salsa & sour supreme, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

snack: carrot sticks & pb

dinner: wakame salad, peanut roll, mango roll (it was a LOT more food than it sounds like)

out: drinks

Last night for dinner, after a hazardous and very wet food shopping trip I had for DINNER:

Steamed carrots, brocolli and leek in a korma and coconut milk paste with some wholemeal rice.

A few bits of sweet popcorn.

yesterday we had an impromptu breakfast at 5 in the morning after spending two hours in the cold because someone thought it was fun to set off the fire alarms on purpose... we had apple pancakes with cinnamon and sugar, yummy.

during the day: banana, 2 tangerines, rice cakes + yeast extract, 2 pieces of dark chocolate, lots of coffee to stay awake

dinner: savoy cabbags cooked with apple, baked potato

today so far:

bowl of strawberry crisp and rice milk
Smoothie with banana, kiwi, lots of blueberries, orange juice, rice milk some yoghurt and some almonds and hazlenuts thrown in - quite unusual tasting but nice

I'm gonna write this today as I'm not gonna get to a computer tomorrow as I'm at the fayre!

BREAKFAST:

Bowl of cereal with oat milk

Grapes, pineapple and melon

LUNCH:

Last nights leftover vegetable korma with a couple of mixed bajhis

SNACK:

Apple

DINNER: (This is what it's gonna be hehe!)

Frys veggie burger in a wholemeal bun with fried mushrooms, raw onions, burger relish and mayola on the inside of the bun then a small salad and homemade spicey bbq potato wedges.

Desert - rubarb crumble!

D: Going to be a nice salad (dont know whats going to be in it cause my friends done the shopping)

Lunch:
Falafel from Maoz

Dinner (right now):
Pasta with pesto sauce, toasted walnuts and olives. With garlic bread.

2 tangerines
piece of cranberry chocolate

leftover savoy cabbage cooked with apple, and buckwheat noodles

mango and acai smoothie

mock chicken korma with rice, pakoras and mango chutney

today:
fruit and fibre cereal with rice milk
coffee with soya milk

Cheezly and salad baguette
hot chocolate

coffee with soya milk
a couple of shortcake biscuits

spelt fusili pasta with pesto and cherry tomatoes

that sounds great gorilla... did you eat the mock chicken out or cook yourself?

I'm not feeling well, either, but today I managed to eat:

2 clementines

1 banana

a bowl of V-con cholent

some spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chili + 3/4 bottle of red wine.

Hope that fights all the bacteria off!

i cooked the mock chicken myself. i shouldn't really eat it though because it gives me stomach cramps. :(

Breakfast: Two slices of bread, one with Tofutti and one with peanut butter

Snack: A pear

Lunch: Another two slices of bread, one with "mozarella" and one with peanut butter.

Dinner: Butter beans and Puy lentils with sauteed leek and madeira sauce, roast potatoes, green salad

Snacks: Soda, potato chips, some pineapple

My parents were having their "winter bbq party" today, so everyone else had disgusting beer marinated, smoked chicken. There were four (huge broilers) to begin with, and now there's one and a half left. I hate it when they waste meat like that.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 maple cinnamon waffles & 2 pieces Yves veggie bacon with maple syrup.

1 organic banana.

1 Think Organic apricot coconut bar.

Organic Salad: green leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomato, poppyseed dressing - topped with a mixutre of stir-fried tempeh, red onion & green pepper.
Olive oil & rosemary potato wedges with ketchup.
1 glass of white wine.

1 soy hot chocolate.
8 mini chocolate chip cookies.

wine for the afternoon
African peanut soup w/ bread for dinner
cocoa krisp and PB bar for dessert
enjoying one last glass of vino before bed

Today:

Lunch: Two more soy burgers (I don't like eating these as much as I've been the last two days, but its necessity at this point) topped with tons of peppers, tomatos and cucumbers along with two bananas and a cup of orange juice.

Dinner: The venue we played tonight didn't have much of anything except for curley fries which were vegan friendly (they even showed me the ingredients list), so I ate those along with two oranges and an apple. Then a huge bottle of water after the set...

Well I had cookies for breakfast...

But then decided I need to get eating healthyish again...

Lunch

Stir Fry (Brown Rice, Organic Garlic, Gluten Free Soya Sauce, Organic Cabbage, Organic Flatbeans, Organic Onion, Organic Broccoli, Organic Quinoa and Kidney Beans)Hopefully healthy food will help keep my brain happy! lol Not sure what I'll have for dinner, something with potatos and carrots as I've got a lot.

Nope. Just a normal small one. Wasn't very hungry yesterday. I'll make up for it by pigging out today though I reckon :)
