PB and tomato sandwich

please tell me that was 2 separate sandwiches???

all i've had so far today is coffee and a pound of lemon herb tofu.
have a big salad and sandwiches ready for dinner though.

i've discovered stompers..so that's a new danger food for me :rolleyes:

but i did make some really nice lentil/orange/coriander/carrot soup for a brunch type meal and then made a sunday dinner with roasted stuff...yum

After a slow start to the day, now I'm cooking!

d: salad: (spinach, iceberg, red & yellow bell peppers, grilled tofu, red onion, olives, avacado, tomato, carrot, red vinegar w/crushed garlic)
fettuccine: (shrooms, eggplant, white onion, green bell pepper, oregano, and sage in tomato sauce)

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
3 Yves breakfast sausages with maple syrup.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden spread.

1 organic banana.

1 cocoa Larabar.

1 piece raspberry candy.

Home-made organic pasta meal: pasta spirals, red pepper, red onion, herb tempeh, garlic, tomato & mushroom pasta sauce. Some shreeded Sheese sprinkled on top.

Later I'll probably have a cup of tea and some cookies.

Haha, no, just not been very hungry this weekend. That'd be a bit of a funny diet - the clementine and toast diet. Think I'll stick to the wine and olives diet ;)

Yesterday:

2 bagels with PB
Veggie curry (potato, sweet potato, green beans, cauliflower, courgette, parsnip, coconut milk, ground almonds, chillis, cumin, tumeric, curry powder, coriander) with basmati rice
2 mince pies

Today so far:
Bran flakes

Lunch will be miso soup/roll/salad
Dinner will be leftover curry and jacket potato

BREAKFAST:

Two crumpets - one with pineapple jam and the other with crunchy peanut butter

Bowl of porridge with bananas and some golden syrup

LUNCH:

Falafel, lettuce and red pepper in a flat bread wrap

Sherry trifle

2 chocolate cookies and a bakewell tart

(Yeh you know the xmas fayre was good hehe!)

DINNER:

Wholemeal pasta, cheezley feta style cubes, chorizo style cubes, steamed brocolli, carrot and leek in a salad of iceberg lettuce, flat leaf lettuce, tomatos and avocados dressed in tomato and basil oil. (yum yum yum yum)

SNACK:

Another chocolate cookie!

yesterday...

brunch: biscuits & soysage gravy

snacks: potato chips, triscuit crackers, rice w/ hot sauce, a couple beers

dinner: three pieces of pizza loaded w/ veggies & too much garlic & onion, an emergen-c packet

...then I felt ill for the rest of the night...

so far today:

root beer
coffee w brown sugar and soy milk
hash browns, black beans, big chunks of broccoli, chopped up mixed veggies (onion, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato), curry seasoned tofu, all mixed up in a big bowl with salsa and soy sauce eaten with a giant hot sticky flour tortilla.

yum.

will finish the rest of it for lunch and eat the gardein gaucho breast on ww hand roll for dinner.

need to go shopping! I'm spending way too much on [all this delicious and convenient] food! :rolleyes:

ETA: jambox! I've never seen u eat less than healthy before. sorry about the sick part :( hope u feel better!

Yesterday I think I had my best day ever when it comes to what I ate (except I was super full by the end of the day):

Breakfast= blueberry pancakes (from Vegan with a Vengeance) with Earth Balance & maple syrup; tea with sugar and Silk
Lunch= braised brussels and seitan (recipe from Veganomicon) with udon noodles, water; (about an hour later--)2 velveteen cupcakes with pecan "cream cheese" frosting (from Vegan Cupcakes take over the world--except I alter the frosting recipe a tad)
Snack= huge baby romaine salad with mung bean sprouts and baby corn, miso dressing
Dinner= my mom's veggie soup (she left some for me), water
Later snack= huge sweet potato with Earth Balance; then vanilla soy yogurt

Haha, thanks Ruby. It's true, every once in a while I binge on chips & pizza & beer and then I pay the price. It's okay, I gulped some pepto before bed and feel alright today :)

lunch: two pieces of veggie pizza, diet coke

snack: an orange, wheat crackers

dinner: salad (greens, red pepper, mango, almond slivers, marinated portobello, passion fruit vinaigrette), black bean soup

after: silknog, diet partner tea

lunch (woke up late): hummus sandwich with green bell peppers, spring mix lettuce, tomatos and other junk... and a banana or two.

dinner: ginger tofu and veggies over baked rice and another banana I think

tomorrow I'm making strombolis

1/2 cup warmed cream style corn.

1 Think Organic apricot coconut bar.

A bunch of tamari flavoured crackers with hummus.

4 pieces mint chocolate.

Amy's vegetable & lentil soup.
2 pieces foccacia bread, grilled, with Soy Garden spread.
1 glass white wine.

About to watch a movie and have some popcorn.
