yesterday:

a banana
2 clementines

bento: four small onigiri with shiso and nori, radishes, cherry tomatoes, orange-almond chocolate, two coconut cookies

a bowl of V-con cholent

- 2 slices of toast w. orange marmalade. coffee.
- banana, apple
- sandwich w/ avocado, tomato & alfalfa
- packet of rosemary & thyme organic potato chips
- gnocchi w/ napolitana sauce

BREAKFAST:

2 redwoods rashers, 2 redwoods sausages, baked beans, two tomatos and four toast and "butter" :eek:

LUNCH:

Left over pasta salad from yesterdays dinner

DINNER:

Black bean stir fry - bean sprouts, whole green pepper, brocolli, a whole red onion, mock duck and black bean sauce.

SNACK:

TOAST! muhahahahaha! (Those of you who know...KNOW HOW GOOD TOAST IS!!!):D:D:D

W/m pasta with broccoli, olives and tomatoes
Jacket wedges roasted in olive oil with ketchup
Cashew nuts

Fizzy drink, water and green tea

coffee + rice milk
porridge, cranberries + apple

throughout the day:
banana, 2 tangerines
apricot muesli bar

dinner:
wholemeal bread, yeast extract + tomato slices
carrot, celeriac + apple salad

Today I've eaten:
Porridge with hazlenut/almond milk
1/2 ciabatta with yeast extract
2 small choc/cherry muffins
2 squares mint chocolate
Veggie pie, wedges, veg

aaah, I need to eat more fruit/veg ! I eat so much more healthily during summer, in winter all I want is stodge :o

today:

bowl of crunchy rice cereal with mixed red fruit and soymilk

bulgur salad with arugula, mushrooms and white beans from v-con

1 clementine

some radishes and cocktail tomatoes

3 coconut cookies

:eek: I know, so little! that be breakfast and a snack on a normal day. I hate being ill.

it's so annoying, the part-time cold. coughing one day, a sore throat the next, runny nose the other. do I sound like an elderly lady?

Brunch: Two slices bread with Tofutti, fried mushrooms and leek.

Snack: A pear

Dinner: Millet, spinach and Puy lentil soup. Very nice!

Snack: Tea, an orange and some mango.

ETA: Erm, this is Enchantress here. I didn't realise I was signed in on Risker's account until I clicked post, but as he ate exactly the same things as I did today, I don't suppose it really matters :rolleyes:.

breakfast: two banana muffins, half a grapefruit

snack: tings, green tea

lunch: chickpea & tahini casserole, steamed cauliflower w/ lemon

snack: banana, peach soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: salad (baby greens, celery, shredded carrot, chopped green apple, peas, bleu scheese, pecans & walnuts), mini multigrain pita

snack: popcorn, sleepytime tea

Grapes & plain alpro yoghurt

LUNCH:

Leftover black bean and veg stirfry with a small side salad and a few chips

DINNER:

Aubergine stuffed with granose chickyn bake mixture, roast potatoes, steamed brocolli and thick onion gravy.

SNACK:

Wholemeal roll with mayola and two cheating turkey slices.

Veggie sausage roll
Fresh bread with cheating ham and mustard
Green tea and water

I don't know what to have for dinner, I feel quite sick for some reason, I think it might have been the mustard.

I've had coffee and soymilk w brown sugar.
english muffin sandwich with avocado, tomato, veggie sausage.
side of fries with seasoning salt.

bought bean n rice burritos for work later.

craving broth. probably broth with rice later. (w spinach perhaps)

what r these sausage rolls u guys keep talking about?

is it just a soysauge link in a roll? or more like a pig n a blanket where the dough is cooked with the sausage inside? or just a sausage flavored roll? :confused::p:confused:

A sausage is just like a sausage-shaped, seasoned, veggie protein thing and it is in pastry when it is a "sausage roll".
(I think it is like your "pigs in blankets", that is an awful phrase by the way! - poor piggies.)

coffe, 2 ginger biscuits

dinner:
wholewheat pasta with broccoli, mushrooms + yeast flakes
2 pieces of cranberry chocolate
