I've been there so much lately, it's my new haunt, i had been there a few times before, but the last few months i'v been going there like once a fortnight or so, for my birthday my dad bought me a whole chocolate royale cake!! so good, couldn't finish it all before it started to dry out though, haha, probably a good thing in reality, glad to see you back stickydate, we've missed you!:)

I bought a slice of that cake to take home and freeze. I had to cut it in half it was so huge! It looks delishus :)

Thanks to everyone who has welcomed me back. I had to go for personal reasons. I missed talking to you all

Breakfast:
2 pieces of millet toast (wow, 45% iron per slice!) w/ pb and jam

Lunch:
2 bowls of veggie-rice soup
10 olives

Snack:
Cup of tea w/ soy milk and turb sugar
1 small cabbage roll

Supper:
3 cabbage rolls
Tomato slices
Bowl of veggie-rice soup

Dessert:
Banana

Evening snack 1:
Cup of tea w/ soy milk and turb sugar
Golden kiwi

Evening snack 2:
Small plate of hasbrowns
Small can of tomato juice

I eat supper really early, around 4pm and I stay up until 1-2am every day...so I always get hungry later in the evening. :p It's not like I'm eating 3 big meals late at night.

breakfast: graham cereal w/ almond milk

snack: banana (they're 10 cents a pound on special!!!)

lunch: burrito from Moe's (black beans, salsa, mushrooms, onions, peppers, guacamole & cilantro), chips & salsa

snack: apple

dinner: leftover black soy bean spaghetti w/ peanut sauce & veggies, graham crackers

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

2 slices of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance and Strawberry & Grand Manier jam.

1 Optimum Energy Bar (orange & chocolate flavour).

1 cup of marinated 3 bean salad to which I added 2 teaspoons of agave nectar.

Salad of organic mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, sliced organic strawberries and huckleberry vinigarette.

Multigrain breadroll with stuffed with a cooked Yves chick'n patty, vegan mayo, Tofutti cheese slice and ketchup.

Cup of Echinacea tea.

5 vegan shortbread cookies.

That burrito sounds awesome! I love love LOVE guacamole :)

-2 veggie footlongs w/ baked lays and iced tea (i added vegan pepperoni and warm marinara sauce to one to make a vegan pizza sub, yummm)

Green Tea and Soya Milk x 2

Apple and Mango Juice

Carrot

New Potatos and Baked Beans

That burrito sounds awesome! I love love LOVE guacamole :)

B: 2 slices of whole weat bread with peanut butter, apple, glass of rice milk
S: an apple, raspberries, handful of walnuts and coffee with soy milk
D: house salad (had to eat out and this place wasn't exactly vegan friendly), had some brown rice with mango salsa when I got home

I know! I have a guacaole problem. I could easily eat two or three avocados worth in one sitting if I'm not careful. Once I figured out how to make it at home I was really in trouble.

Yesterday:
- Weetbix with banana & soy milk
- medjool dates & mixed nuts
- sandwich with avocado, tomato & mixed leaves
- too much cola
- 2 chocolate biscuits
- crisps, baguettes: 1 with morrocan lentil dip & marinated capsicum & eggplant, and the other with mushroom pate, avocado, tomato & cucumber.
- 3/4 of a sour cherry muffin

Ugh I felt so sick after the muffin last night. We had such a 'food' day. We had a picnic so that is why we ate so much :)

-bowl of cream of wheat, made with soymilk, with 1 tsp brown sugar
-apple

Lunch:
-tempeh and avacado over brown rice
-Salad with lowfat rasp. vinaigrette dressing
-Orange

Dinner:
-Lots of tempeh with ketchup
-Whole wheat couscous
-Broccoli and baby carrots

ETA: Dessert: container of strawberry soy yogurt

ETA: Snack: Bowl of cereal with soymilk

salad (radicchio, tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, celery, chickpeas, olives, smoked tofu cubes)

2 rice cakes with orange chocolate spread

soup (made of spelt grain, carrots, swede, sweet potato, celeriac and parsnips)

Today I had coffee and fruit for breakfast--and I didn't get heart burn! Amazing! :p

Breakfast:
Coffee w/ soy milk
Banana
Kiwi

Lunch:
1.5 bowl of veggie-rice soup
1/2 cup of pomegranate juice

Snack:
Diet cola :o
1/2 tomato w/ salt

Supper:
A little bit of roasted veggies (potato, onion, red and green pepper)
Salad (romaine, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, orange cauliflower, broccoli, bac'n bits, croutons, rice vinegar, French dressing)

Dessert:
Banana

Evening snacks:
Cup of tea w/ soy milk and sugar
Piece of millet toast w/ marg and jam
2 small bowls of chickpeas with salsa

brunch: biscuits & tempeh-sausage gravy (from vegan with a vengeance. i'm normally not a tempeh fan, but this was pretty good.), fruit salad (canteloupe, red grapes, banana), coffee w/ chocolate almond milk

snack: root beer

second snack: a pomegranite

dinner: corn nuggets w/ ketchup, vegan caesar salad w/ blackened tofu, beers

Today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 bowl of organic maple brown sugar oatmeal made with vanilla soy milk and sprinkled with hemp seed nut.

1 Optimum Energy Bar (Choc Orange flavour).

Sandwich (multigrain breadroll, cold cooked Yves veggie patty, vegan mayo, corn relish, organic mixed leaves).

1 diet pop.

1 bowl of Tuscan bean and sweet basil soup.

2 slices of wholewheat toast with Earthbalance.

Probably a cup of tea of some sort and a few cookies later.

Yesterday:

hot water with lemon drink
black coffee

B- 2 organic weetabix with a chopped banana & soy milk
mug of tetley green tea
few cups of black filter coffee
L - Organic tofu & cucumber sandwich, with steamed carrots, brussel sprouts & broccoli.
D- Went out to Prashad with my mum :D It's a vegetarian chaat house. I had 'Wattana & Flower'- which is "cauliflower & pea, dry, lightly spiced & garnished with coriander", with a huuuuuge piece of doughy naan bread.

Breakfast; Banana, Orange Juice, Handfull of pastachios
Snack; Pineapple and Banana food bar
Lunch; Roasted soya beans and seeds, 2 apples, dried mango
Snack; 2 Gingernut biscuits
Dinner; Roast Potatoes
All along with; Diet coke, LOADS of tea (was at the annual general meeting of the east hampshire badger group), and a vegan multi-vitamin.

A chestnut and red wine casserole (Hand picked chestnuts which I'm not too fond of since they sometimes have maggots in them)

A hummous, avocado, lettuce and tomato panini

I wasn't very hungry today, and didn't really crave protien (probably because I ate TONS yesterday), so I had a carb-full day. :)

Breakfast:
-Cream of wheat made with soymilk, with 1 tsp brwon sugar
-Banana

Snack:
-High protein organic pretzels

Lunch:
-Tons of baby carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower with rosted red pepper hummus
-Plum

Snack:
-Chocolate tofutti soy ice cream

Dinner:
-Whole wheat couscous
-Baby carrots
-A few chunks of watermelon

Later:
-popcorn with EB
