i are alot of brown rice today :D
and eggplant bruchetta on wholewheat bread.
and apples. and grapefruit.
and chips and salsa.

I ate some cashews and pickled onions, now I'm going to bed - watch the dreams thread tomorrow for reports of my pickle induced nightmares! ;)

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic multigrain bread with mashed organic avocado, salt & pepper.
6 pieces of chocolate.
A bunch of tamari flavoured crackers.
Home-made pasta meal: spiral pasta, Yves Italian ground round, organic red onion, organic red peppers, organic tomato & mushroom pasta sauce. All topped with a heavy sprinkling of vegan parmesan.
1 mug of soy hot chocolate.
5 cinnamon & fruit & oat cookies.
2 after dinner mints.

BREAKFAST:
Two hash browns eaten on the move
30 grapes and half a grapefruit
LUNCH:
Leftover enchilada filling with a large spinach, sweetcorn, rocket and raw pepper salad.
DINNER:
My gfs special traffic light salad - red, green and orange peppers, a whole snitzel cut up into strips, sweetcorn, two red onions, wholemeal pasta and a healthy dressing of french dressing and raw spinach leaves.

a fresh! 'bugsy' sandwich (grated carrot, alfafa sprouts, houmous and spinach) and a slice of chocolate cake, from planet organic, which was rather disappointing, i must admit. they should read cherry's recipie and use that :D
two pieces of pure and marmite on toast.

yesterday was carbs-overload and there's hardly any fruit in the house either, that's why i didnt eat much fruit:
toast made from linseed and soya bread
onion bhajies, sub roll with houmous
another sub roll with lots of houmous and watercress
an apple, 3 ryvitas with lots of houmous

I really have a craving for peanut butter as well

So far I've had oatmeal with cinnamon, rice milk, and agave nectar in it and some canned peaches. :)

Breakfast: Puffed wheat with rice milk. Coffee
Snack: Banana
Snack2: Oat cakes with peanut butter
Lunch: Baguette with mushroom yeast paste, grated carrot, tomatoes and red onion. Bag of plain crisps.
Dinner: Reheated veggie-mince shepherd's pie and a big pile of peas.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Cooked buckwheat, a banana, cup of tea and apple/mango juice.
Lunch: Brown rice with tomato sauce
Dinner: Salad with gem lettuce, arugula, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, kidney beans, basil leaves
Snacks: Dates and some chocolate

Salad, two slices of seeded bread, pickled onions and pickled cabbage.
Dinner:
After tidying up after my housemates once again I couldn't be arsed to cook, so only had potato wedges sandwiches :rolleyes:
Snacks:
2 squares of Plamil ginger chocolate, one tangerine.

plateful of raw veggies (carrots, kohlrabi, cucumber, red pepper)
butternut squash soup + wholeheat toast

breakfast: optimum slim cereal w/ soymilk, a banana
lunch: miso soup, wakame salad, mango/cucumber/avocado roll, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer
snack: an orange, mixed nuts, spiced cider
dinner: sausage balls, cucumber, baby carrots & mini multigrain pita w/ red pepper hummus, two sugar cookies, coke zero, one beer

I went into four shops near me earlier looking for houmous and they didn't have any grrr!!!:mad:
I had to make do with buying and eating:
Vegetable samosa
2 choc desserts
Baguette
I am going to make veggie fajitas with peppers, sweetcorn, kidney beans, lettuce, tomatoes and salsa later for dinner, yummy:)

why not make your own? it's cheaper and completely foolproof.
I think I've live off the jambalaya I made yesterday all day, but I also had a bento with a clementine, some rice, potato salad, cucumber slices and chickpeas.

I should do really :rolleyes: Just being lazy I think, and I never think about hummous until I'm at work or something either.
I had lentil soup and soldiers for my lunch, and for my dinner I had pasta with soya chunks.
