Whenever I've made my own houmous it is nowhere near as nice as the supermarket stuff.

I should do really :rolleyes: Just being lazy I think, and I never think about hummous until I'm at work or something either.

I had lentil soup and soldiers for my lunch, and for my dinner I had pasta with soya chunks.

aw frosty, you're like a little boy! Cutting it into soldiers and everything!

ordered a vege omelette without eggs or cheese, hashbrowns, and toast for breakfast (co-workers were ordering from a very non-vege diner)
I ended up getting 2 hashbrown patties with lettuce, pickles, tomato and onion in between them. :confused: more like a burger without the burger and hashbrowns replacing the roll. ate it anyway. very weird. i dont recommend pickles when hungover. :rolleyes:

also soy chai tea latte, baby carrots, few bites of dogs food :o, cola, 100% organic juice punch with vodka.

bf is bringing me an eggplant sandwich with olive oil and herbs to dip in for dinner.

weird day.

that must be a great situation - where you can share your dog's dinner!

Those were the joys of guinea pigs. they had my melon rind and I'd occasionally nick their carrots.

YESTERDAY

- Banana, coffee
- Bottle of Juice
- Handful of dates
- Pita filled with falafel, tahina, tabbouli. Limonana. Fries.
- Vegetable Lasagne

TODAY
- Plain Oatmeal. Vanilla Green Tea.
- Banana, Apple
- Handful of Dates
- Plain Brown Rice
- Vegie Stir fry w. Brown Rice

breakfast: two pieces wheat toast w/ better than cream cheese & strawberry jam, an apple

lunch: wheat spaghetti w/ creamy mushroom, bleu scheese & roasted garlic sauce, steamed broccoli, two sparkled ginger cookies, coke zero

snack: mixed nuts, a banana

dinner: cucumber, baby carrots & two multigrain mini pitas w/ red pepper hummus

after work: a peanut butter bombshell, sugar cookie tea

Breakfast- black cherry soy yogurt with blueberries and granola, sugarfree choc. soymilk
Snack- several handfuls of bunny grahams
Lunch- white bean hummus and fresh rosemary bread from whole foods
Snack- another handful of bunny grahams and half of an odwalla omega3 berry juice smoothie
Dinner- 2 tofurky beer brats and a vegan cheese quesadilla
Dessert- 2 uncle eddies vegan cocoa spice cookies
uughh... too much sugar today!

but i plan to eat some lunch and dinner too..... :D

yesterday: (think I ate a lot)

a few dried figs, clementine

2 ryvitas and houmous

small bowl left over brown rice and dhal

a banana, an apple,a pear,

baked sweet potato stuffed with a sauce thing I made out of tahini, mustard a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice one finely diced spring onion and some diced cucumber -was really nice!

quite a lot of mini pretzels

lots of fennel and rooibos tea and water

Baguette with hummus, avocado, salad, cherry tomatoes and pickled gherkins.

Bombay potato, chickpea curry, white rice, mango chutney.

Eaten so much already today::o:(

4 pieces of toast and pure
2 cups of tea

2 veggie sausage rolls
Crisps
Chocolate dessert

I am going to make a vegetable curry with coconut milk and rice soon.
I feel so hungry - I blame the cold weather.:rolleyes:

ETA - I had two bowls of curry and also some green and black's mint chocolate and an olive and tomato toasted sandwich:eek:

BREAKFAST:

Two slices of toast fed to med whilst driving gf to hospital

LUNCH:

Packed lunch of vegetable chilli (peppers, sweetcorn, mushrooms, chic peas, kidney beans etc etc) eaten whilst watching gf recover from op.

DINNER at 19:45 after 12 hrs at hospital when it should have only been 6!!!

Roast potatoes, steamed brocolli and a linda mccartney pie and onion gravy!

half a bar of cranberry chocolate and two tangerines during the night, couldn't sleep at all and was studying :/

lots of coffee + rice milk
porridge, apple, raisins + cinnamon

banana

vegetable broth with carrots, peas, brussels sprouts, cauliflower + tofu cubes

more coffee + rice milk

leftover curried rice with banana + peas

Last night we went out for dinner to a Vegetarian Indian Restaurant and I had:

2 samosas with chutney.
1/2 garlic & basil nan bread.
Tofu & Veg curry.
Veg curry.
Basmati Rice.
2 glasses of white wine.

Of course, none of their desserts were vegan so we went to another veg restaurant for dessert and I had:

1 piece raspberry chocolate cake.
1 soy late.

so far today:
refried beans, sliced tomatoes, broiled toast with earth balance, and gimme lean sausage patties.

I'm broke and payday isnt til Saturday. looks like triscuits, baby carrots and frozen veges for the rest of the day.

Yesterday:
B- Amy's Vegan Breakfast Burrito, cup of tea
L- Lentil Soup
D- Spaghetti noodles with tomato and mushroom sauce, 2 slices of bread with earth balance, 1 glass cranberry juice

Today
B- 1 banana, 1 Mojo Clif Bar
L- more Lentil Soup (I made a ton of it Monday night)
D- I am making a sandwhich with toast, hummus, smokey tempeh, avocado, and tomato, and will probably eat the rest of the avocado:)

Breakfast: Puffed wheat with rice milk. Coffee.
Snack: Banana
Snack: Oat cakes with seeds and peanut butter.
Lunch: Baguette with mushroom yeast paste, carrot, tomato, onion. Vegetable crisps. Apple juice.
Snack: Chocolate dessert.
Dinner: Lentil and carrot soup, 2 olive ciabattis.

Fruit salad - persimmon, plum, melon, maybe some other fruit too, I can't remember.
Fruit smoothie - Watermelon, passionfruit, orange juice, satsuma, maybe some other stuff :rolleyes:.

Bombay potato, yellow rice, chickpeas with lemon juice, tortilla chips, mango chutney.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
4 pieces sourdough multi-seed toast with Soy Garden spread & rosella jam.

A few organic rice and seed crackers with slices of Sheese Cheddar on top.
A few potato snacks (like chips but not chips).

1 big bowl organic, home-made pumpkin (aka squash) soup (http://www.recipezaar.com/184853).
2 pieces of focacia bread, browned under the broiler.
1 glass of white wine.

Soon I'm going to have a soy hot chocolate and some cookies.
