BREAKFAST:

One slice of wholemeal toast with baked beans and a grilled tomato

Pineapple chunks and grapes

LUNCH:

Roast potatoes with rosemary, a few tubes of penne pasta, lettuce, chic peas, sweetcorn and raw red onion ( work canteen are sooo good at providing food for me :mad:)

SNACK:

Bag of ready salted crisps

20 or so grapes

DINNER:

Wholemeal spaghetti, releatmince, brocolli, two onions, kidney beans, chopped tomatos and basil (It wasn't supposed to be bolognase but ended up that way!)

SNACK:

Four multiseed ryvita with strawberry jam, pineapple jam, peanut butter and marmalade!

(Damn I ate alot yesterday!!!)

I ate loads yesterday::o:)

2 w/m toast with natex
Vegetable noodles

Crisps
Cashew nuts

Chips, baked beans and gravy
3 w/m rolls with pure

2 beanburgers with tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup and mustard in 2 w/m rolls
2 glasses wine
2 cans of cider

I'm having green tea and pineapple today for breakfast as penance

I only had some soya milk for breakfast as I was running late and I had to go to my friend who is celebrating her birthday today. At her place I had two cups of tea with a little sugar and a slice of a vegan date/pecan cake (bought it at a health food shop here). Lunch was French toast (six slices of bread soaked in soya milk mixed with cinnamon, ginger and anise powder and served with maple syrup). I had a cup of soya milk with my lunch. It is 14:50 here and I am going to do some additional shopping for supper soon. I am thinking of making Brussel sprouts with boiled potatoes. I have some leftover beans and my husband has a vegetarian cheese burger.

BREAKFAST:

Baked beans, mushrooms, chips :eek:, wholemeal toast, grilled tomatoes

Bowl of grapes

LUNCH:

Leftover bolognase mix and some pilau rice

DINNER:

Spicey bean burger with roast potatoes and spaghetti hoops

(PLEASE SOMEONE STOP ME EATING ALL THIS CRAP! I CAN'T STOP!!!)

to be honest that's not too bad, emzy! replace some with meat and imaging the cholesterol!

I suppose so...but it's just really naughty lazy food and it drives me insane...but it tastes sooo good!

yesterday...

breakfast: optimum slim cereal w/ soymilk, a few bites of pear, a banana

lunch: pb & blackberry jelly on multigrain toast, carrot sticks w/ ranch, christmas cookies

snack: honeydew, mixed berry soy yogurt, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: creamy chickpea & tahini casserole, steamed broccoli

after work: popcorn, six pieces mini-pumpernickel bread, sugar cookie tea

yesterday:
soy mocha
pita with hummus
lettuce salad with tomatoes, red onions and herby oil n vinegar
gardein gaucho breast on yummy rye bread
lemonade with vodka

so far today:
like 10 stripples (bad bad i know)
like 6 veggie sausages (bad bad I know)
baked beans, tomato slices and 3 slices rye bread.

have to be at work at 1 and staying for overnight so have to bring food.
probably just a can of soup, more rye bread, and carrots and peanuts for snackage.

Yesterday:

B: 1/2 bagel with plain hummus
L: leftover herbed tofu lasagna
S: Raisins
D: avocado salad, veggie sushi, miso soup, edamame
2 glasses of wine

Today
B: Luna bar and a handful of cashews
S: glass of Silk Nog
L: more herbed tofu lasagna
D: going to have falafel on a pita with tahini, parsley, adn tomatoes, and lots of tabbouleh:)

today:

1 banana
some foccacia out of the oven

lots of cookies and three clementines at school's "Xmas in class" munching day

more foccacia, cherry tomatoes and green olives

Indian curry with fake chicken, red bell peppers and yoghurt and basmati rice
(the dish that made me fall in love with cooking four years ago... not 100% authentic Indian cuisine, I guess, but still pretty good. Haven't had it for ages and though veganizing it wouldn't work out but it was amazing!)

I'm a student, so yeah :D

Um kind of, it's sort of a 'I won't be here for a week, eat the fresh stuff' LOL!

So, cabbage, beans, garlic, purple carrot, courgette and some noodles :)
Ohh and some soy sauce

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast with mashed organic avocado, salt & pepper.

1 cup Earl Grey tea with vanilla soy milk.
8 organic crackers with Sheese.

2 servings of Hobo Casserole
2 organic Roma tomatoes, halved, brushed with balsamic vinegar, sprinkled with sugar and baked in the oven.
1 can of maple beer.

1 soy hot chocolate.
4 chocolate mints.

2homemade herby veg sausages, baked beans and four slices of wholemeal toast dipped in the bean juice and ketchup!

LUNCH:

Vegetable Samosa

Small bar of G&Bs bittersweet

Raspberry jerry

Orzo salad - sundried tomatoes, parsley, orzo, raw red peppers, raw red onion.

DINNER:

Wholemeal rice with red and green peppers and mock duck - smothered in soy sauce.

- Banana, Coffee
- 1/2 Pear
- Sandwich w/ lots of avocado of course, tomato & alfalfa.
- Mango slices
- Burrito w/ home made refried beans, tomato, tons of guacamole & corn kernels.

Today:
- Banana, coffee
- Handful of dates
- Avocado & Salad roll w/ extra avocado. Coke.
- Vegie stir-fry w/ brown rice noodles

Lunch:
Crisp sandwich :o

Dinner: (didn't get round to eating it til about 1am)
Peanut butter on toast

Snacks:
Salted peanuts
One pickled onion

Drinks:
3 cups of tea
1 glass of water
4 and a half cans of cider (I fell asleep w/o finishing my last can :eek: lightweight!!)

I really was a specimen of health yesterday :rolleyes:

lunch: salad (iceberg, tomato, onion, green pepper, alfalfa sprouts, herbed olive oil), pita & hummus, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: chips & salsa, bean burrito topped w/ guacamole, lettuce & tomato, a couple beers

four nut country crisp with rice milk

lots of water, orange squash

small pckt dried apricots

left over dhal and bread

wholemeal pita with spinach, avocado, houmous

small pieces of carrott, cucumber, celery
lots of small pretzels, jam tart

I ate a lot!
