B: Baba ghanoush with pita bread

L: Tabbouleh, Veggie Wrap (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles, green pepper on tomato basil tortilla)


D: Large burrito with black beans, rice, guacamole, salsa, and lettuce (we're going to Qdoba if anyone has been there; it's like Chipolte)

sesame sticks and sunflower seeds
about to make more coffee.
have butternut squash soup and mini ww toasts at work for later.

a banana

bento: basmati rice with two curries (kidney bean and TVP/bell pepper), some cherry tomatoes and ginger candy

whole-wheat bread with ajvar and tomatoes

too much mulled wine T_T

(very little today, I know...)

- a tiny samosa, some snow peas and a fruity cocktail of some sort at an xmas party

4 rolls with soya ham and cheese slices
Bowl of cherry tomatoes

Veggie sausage roll
Packet of crisps

Cup of tea
2 cups of lemon green tea
Glass of apple juice

I might make cauliflower cheese later:)

Yesterday I had jam on toast and toast soldiers with hummous for my lunch. And I nibbled on peanuts through the day at work. i was busy in the evening and forgot to have dinner :rolleyes: doofus.

yesterday...

breakfast: smoothie (banana, strawberry, kiwi, hemp milk)

snack: cashews, coke zero

lunch: gargantuan burrito (rice, black beans, salsa, lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, guac, cilantro, hot sauce), chips & salsa

dinner: big piece of pizza w/ mushrooms, broccoli, tomato, crumbled tofu, poppy seeds & what tasted like mushroom sauce or sweet soy sauce (a very odd flavor combination that actually worked quite nicely), side garden salad w/ chickpeas, sprouts & vinaigrette, two small rolls dipped in marinara, a couple christmas cookies

after: peppermint chocolate soy milk

wholemeal toast with rhubarb spread stuff

I've just had a Christmas buffet at work and eaten soooo much :rolleyes: ugh! I had homemade soysage rolls, homemade hummous, homemade flapjacks, carrots, peppers, rice, loads of bread, a cup of tea, two glasses of water and fag :o I've got to have dinner before I go out tonight as well! *loosens belt and sits back in chair*.

coupla handfuls vegan jelly beans
couple handfuls dark chocolate covered almonds
(blast the christmas seasons treats at work!)
1/2 of an extra papa john vege pizza w/o cheese :o
(I was on a roll)

BREAKFAST:

Two slices of wholemeal toast - one with peanut butter and the other with jam

LUNCH:

About ten mini vegetable spring rolls dipped in sweet chilli sauce

DINNER:

Two baked sweet potatoes with cream tofutti, baked beans and a homemade herby sausage.

SNACK:

Well it was winter solstice yesterday for all you pagans out there so I made a yule log with lots of chocolate and swedish glace...omg sooooo good. I still have some leftover cuz I made LOADS!

breakfast: optimum slim cereal w/ hemp milk, half a grapefruit

lunch: spring roll w/ duck sauce, sweet and sour veggie protein w/ pineapple, veggies & walnuts, white rice, diet coke

snack: honeydew, pecans

dinner: brown rice w/ cheesy sauce, broccoli & peas

snack: two beers, wheat crackers

Red pepper and tomatoes roasted in olive oil with noodles

I am going to my friends later so probably will have some cashew nuts and wine there.:rolleyes: ETA - and chips and cider:rolleyes:

lunch: burrito (refried black beans, lettuce, tomato, guac, hot sauce), yellow rice, more beans, diet coke

snack: apple

dinner: salad (arugula, red pepper, cucumber, sunflower seeds, balsamic vinaigrette), alphabet soup

after work: rice crackers, a beer

Dinner: Baked beans on toast.

LUNCH:

Sos roll and a carton of oj (was out leafletting in Bedford town centre)

DINNER:

Fried basil and herb tofu slices with alfra and brocolli sprouts in a sandwhich with mayola and burger relish!

Oh no, I shouldn't have read this, I'm drooling now! Haven't had this for ages, but I know that my lunch will be slightly unconventional today: toast with choc spread, peanut butter and banana slices - divine! :D
