SafetoEat Tomato Soup with Kidney Beans
Strawberry and Banana SmoothieI feel like eating more trifle (http://flickr.com/photos/xwitchyx/2129033363/)!!

Bloody Christmas, I'm making cheesecake tomorrow, so another unhealthy food!

But on Chrimbo Day a nice healthyish dinner!!!!!! If a nut roast, with organic roasted vegetables and gravy is considered healthy. lol Might make stuffing too, if I feel upto it.

I could easily eat that entire trifle and then die and go to trifle utopia where all trifles are vegan and don't make you fat!!!

No trifle for me! I think my mrs will have to make me one when she comes home after xmas! (I am not good at making sweet vegan things!)

I've been eating really badly lately. Mainly because I've been unmotivated and tired and too lazy to bother cooking anything proper.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk.

1 Subway veggie delite on Italian bread.

16 peanuts.

2 open face sandwiches: organic multigrain toast, fried Tofurky deli slices, cream style corn, salt & pepper.

Extra piece of toast with cream style corn, salt & pepper.

1 cup organic peppermint tea.
5 peppermint chocolates.

For a lot of very boring and complicted reasons, we're not having our Christmas dinner until tomorrow! So today I had 'herbie tomatoes' with mushrooms and wholemeal toast for brekky. This was followed by quorn sausage, chips and beans for lunch (luvly jubbly!) Mind you, in line with the spirit of the season, I have imbibed fairly considerable quantities of other liquid stuff (hic!) (hic, hic!) but we wont go into that!!( back on the wagon in the new year!!):D My four kids (at home) have had a fantastic day so far ..but I'm still working on them to change their dietery preferences!!! Let's see if I can 'humanise' them in 2008?
