@Tojodanlime: welcome to the forum! And, as witchy said, quorn is not vegan as they use eggs for the production.
today:
bread with strawberry jam
1 kiwi fruit
1banana
udon-broccoli stir-fry with tahini
lots of cookies again
baked vegetables in tomato sauce with a lovely cheesy nutritional yeast sauce at the pub
a glass of mulled wine + cider

Breakfast: Two slices of stollen with Pure spread.
Lunch: Two hummus wraps.
Dinner: Nut roast, roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots, peas, brussel sprouts, gravy and bread sauce.
Drinks: Peppermint tea, water, Shloer, uber-loads of Carlsberg.

BREAKFAST:
Frys sausage sandwhich with lots of ketchup
LUNCH:
Um nothing :(
DINNER:
Roast potatoes, brocolli, carrots, parsnips, redwoods turkey slices and sausages wrapped in bacon, large sage and onion stuffing balls and lots of thick onion gravy.
From approxmimately 11am untill 8pm I drank near on twenty bottles of carlsberg while playing xbox all day with my omni friend (who ate the same dinner as me muhahahaha)

I am going to have some soya ice cream and peaches later and probably some rose wine if I'm going to be honest:rolleyes:

breakfast: two pumpkin cinnamon rolls, diet pepsi
late lunch: stuffed shells, tofurkey w/ veggies & mushroom gravy, green beans w/ caramelized onions, fruit salad, pecan shortbread cookie, iced tea
afternoon: two beers
snack before driving home: more shells & green beans, diet pepsi

I ate some breakfast cereal with soy milk, two bagels with vegan cream cheese, water, and some cranberry juice.

Breakfast: Couple of leftover stuffing balls, couple of leftover roast potatoes, natural yoghurt with cranberry jam.
Lunch: Sausage, bacon and leek casserole, bubble and squeak made from yesterday's left over veg. Christmas pudding with brandy custard.
Snacks: Crisps, half a chocolate bar. Two satsumas.

Dinner/Supper - Sandwich comprising of; Vegi Deli 'Chicken', mayola, lettuce, tomato, onion, bread! (YUM)

a bit of leftover tofurkey

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces cracked wheat toast with Soy Garden spread & rosella jam.
Toasted sandwich: cracked wheat bread, organic avocado, organic cranberry sauce, Yves veggie "ham" slices, Sheese slices.
Oven baked potato wedges with ketchup.
1 individual fruit pie
4 macadamia nuts.
1 glass of white wine.
1/2 cup bulgur.
1/2 can Amy's chili (medium with veggies).
Another glass of white wine.
Another individual fruit pie.
1 cup chocolate chai tea with soy milk.

Breakfast: Alpro custard.
Lunch: Nutroast sandwich. Cold roast potatoes and parsnips.
Snack: Two After Eights (the old vegan ones ;)).
Dinner: The world's smallest baked potato with hummus. A few pieces of roast parsnip. Red pepper. Cucumber. Celery. Nut roast.
Snack: Nut roast sandwich.

Baked beans, grilled tomatoes and toast
Some pineapple and some grapes
LUNCH:
Vegetable samosa with a large salad and french dressing
DINNER:
(fed to me while on way back from Crawley to pick up the mrs)
Pasta with tomato sauce, onions and red peppers
Pineapple chunks
SNACK:
Half a tub of booja booja maple and peacan icecream (omfg!)

I ate so much yesterday!
People are in town for the holidays and we are not busy at work and keep going out...but I'll stop complaining because its been delicious:)
B-Everything Bagel and hummus
L- Veggie sushi (vegetable roll, asparagus roll, tofu nigari), miso soup, edamame
S-caramel popcorn
D-split a sampler for 2 at this Mediterranean restaurant and had falafel, hummus, pita chips with fresh garlic and lemon, baba ghanoush, tabbouleh
S- oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
It was all so good!

hey im new here, been vegan since febuary this year & haven't looked back since. I enjoy keeping food diaries so here goes...
Breakfast: scrambled tofu w/ spinach on wholegrain crackers spread w/ eggplant dip
green tea
Lunch: asian sweet chilli tofu salad
Dinner: fruit salad
lots of water
had a pretty hectic day so didnt get time for a proper meal:(
