Breakfast:
Coffee w/ soy milk (wasn't hungry)

Lunch:
Salad (chickpeas, tomato, parsley, olive oil, acv, salt+pepper)
Several chunks of halva/halawa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halva)

Afternoon snack:
Cup of tea w/ soy milk and sugar
Banana

Supper:
Green beans cooked with tomatoes, garlic, and onions served over quinoa
Salad (romaine, tomato, cucumber, broccoli, radish, French dressing)
7 black olives

Dessert: (1 hour later)
Cup of hot chocolate
Small chunk of halva/halawa

Evening snacks:
Apple
Small bowl of peas w/ pepper and a pat of Earth Balance

Today:

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 bowl of organic oatmeal to which I added organic raisins, sugar and cooked it all up with vanilla soy milk.

1 Subway 6 inch veggie sub with sweet onion sauce.

small packet of lays.

7 Pakoras (baked in oven from frozen) with tamarind chutney.

Salad: organic leaves, cherry tomatoes, organic strawberries, organic raisins, huckelberry vinigarette.

Knowing me, tea and cookies later.

B - 2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer. 1 slice of multigrain toast with Earth Balance and sliced banana.

L - Mashed potatoes, rosmary chicken patties for "Whole Foods", steamed cauliflower and broccoli, mixed beans, and a dinner salad. 1 orange for dessert.:)

D - Sandwich with Tofurky, Earth Balance, lettuce and tomatoes. 1 glass of Strawberry soy kefir (so good!). A few walnuts.

Drinks - 1 small diet coke, and lots of water throughout the day.

bowl of plain cheerios with organic soy milk
4 strawberries
1 cup organic coffee w/ silk creamer
2 glasses water

stirfried veggies (with a small bit earth balance vegan "butter".)
salad with sesame dressing

1/2 an Amy's pizza (the roasted veggie kind that is vegan)
2pieces spelt toast with organic strawberry jam

and lots of water
lots and lots of it, inface.
oh yeah and 4oz of sprite ( I know it has highfrucose corn syrup which is BADDD but I love sprite)

yesterday:

breakast: biscuits w/ tempeh-sausage gravy, fruit salad (canteloupe, red grapes, banana)

snack: graham crackers

lunch: two bowls of veggie jambalaya, salt & pepper kettle chips

dinner: two seven layer burritos from taco bell (ugh)

b- 2 organic weetabix with pumpkin seeds + raisins with soy milk + spoon of plain soy yogurt
s- few gulps of coke, large apple
l- at bradford fairtrade cafe- 'treehouse'- vegan chilli with brown rice
s- black coffee
s-tetley green tea

d- yet to come!

Yesterday I ate:
B Toast with Pure and marmite, black tea
D Butterbean and sundried tomato soup, Innocent blueberry smoothie
T Home made pizza with tomato sauce, artichokes, olives, chilli oil and Cheezly (prefer it without the fake cheese, have decided) and salad

Today
B Muesli with rice milk, plum, grapefruit juice
Snack Banana and tangerine
D leftover pizza!
T Will be butternut squash, chilli, butterbean and vegan sausage bake!

Breakfast: Porridge oats with raisins and cinnamon made with soya milk.
Lunch: broccolli and potatoe soup followed by salad leaves with leftover curry from last night's tea - delicious.
Snacks: Banana, handful of walnuts.
Dinner: Corn on the cob, sweet potatoe, cauliflower, baby potatoes and a veggie sausage. Veggies steamed with a nice glass of red wine. mmmmmmmmmmm!! Followed by a square of dark choccy.

Lunch: Salad and a handful of almonds

Snack: tomato with pepper

Dinner: baked potato with salsa, corn, and green beans

D: mixed green salad with red onions, tomatoes, beans, seeds and italian dressing

-Cream of wheat (Made with soymilk) with 1 tsp brown sugar
-Watermelon chinks

Snack:
-Baby carrots

Lunch:
-Black beans over brown rice
-Salad (romaine lettuce, baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and lowfat rasp. vinaigrette dressing)
-Plum

Snack:
-Mocha pudding (from a mix)

Dinner:
-Tofu fried in olive oil
-Kasha cooked in broth with garlic and pepper
-Salad: romaine lettuce, baby carrots, and lowfat rasp. vinaigrette dressing

Dessert: Apple

Later: Probably some graham crackers

snack: more graham crackers

dinner: sandwich of wheat toast, grilled tofu (marinated in balsamic vinaigrette), grilled eggplant and zucchini, tomatoes and the leftover vinaigrette mixed w/ nayonnaise, and two bananas

Today:

1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.

1 bowl of organic cinnamon/raisin oatmeal made with vanilla soy milk and sprinkled with 1/2 tablespoon hemp seed nut.

1 Optimum Energy Bar - Cranberry Pomegran flavour.

1 sandwich - multigrain roll, cooked (cold) Yves veggie patty, vegan mayo, corn relish, organic mixed leaves.

Glass of wine.

7 Pakoras with tamarind chutney.

Probably some more wine and something else later but I don't know what.

today:

dinner:
-few of steevs fries
-salad of romaine, red onion, tomato and cucumber

ETA:
-2 baked potatoes
-handful of sunflower seeds

still need to eat more but theres not really anything to eat. sigh. maybe ill have a baked potato or something.

Make potato wedges, I hate some earlier and they were lovely :)

not sure if im even going to eat anything else or not. i guess if i get hungry i will.

porridge with hot plums + cinnamon

tortilla wrap with hummus, radicchio, tomatoes, cucumber + sweetcorn
apple

early grey tea + soya milk
soya yogurt + banana

salad made of millet, broccoli, tomatoes, yellow pepper, mushrooms + lentil sprouts

still to come: some grapes to snack on while studying
