1 toasted ww roll with earth balance and cinnamon sugar
1 can amy's thai coconut soup
1 toasted ww roll with macadamia nut butter

handful shelled hemp seed nuts
coupla garlic stuffed olives

Breakfast: Two slices of toast with hummus. A sandwich made with Hovis wheatgerm bread, two Redwood's sage and marjoram sausages and ketchup.

For some reason I didn't feel hungry for the rest of the day so I didn't have lunch or dinner :confused:.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces cracked wheat toast with mashed organic avocado, salt & pepper.

Home-made salad: bulgur, chopped medjool date, sliced almonds, organic cranberries, organic cucumber.

1/2 can Amy's chili (medium with vegetables) sprinkled with grated Sheese.
2 pieces cracked wheat toast with Soy Garden Spread.
1 glass Malibu & organic pineapple juice.

2 wildberry buckwheat waffles with maple syrup.

1 cup chocolate chai with soy milk.
1 individual fruit pie.

BREAKFAST - 1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer. 2 slices of Eiskel bread with Earth Balance margarine, avacado, and tomato.

SNACK - 1 yellow grapefruit

LUNCH - Homemade red lentil curry soup with kale and carrots.

DINNER - Tofurky veggie sandwich. 1 glass of soymilk. 2 kiwis:)

Oh, yeah... a BIG piece of orange flavored dark chocolate!

- roll w/ avocado, tomato & alfalfa.
- a shit load of raspberries
- raspberry sorbet (we went raspberry picking at a raspberry farm)
- foul madammas in pita w/ tomato, cucumber and hot peppers.

Today I have been itching for a hot banana/coconut curry ALL DAY!

I'm going to make one tonight and have it with brown rice and chutney .... roll on dinnertime!

haven't had anything yet today, apart from a cup of coffee...
but yesterday i feasted on a vegan buffet!

porkless pies (never had them before, and actually quite nice)
sausage rolls
potato salad
lots of raw veg and salad
homemade hummous
garlic bread
veggie samosas
chocolate cake

aaaahhh! it's so nice to be able to actually eat stuff when you're out!

it's going to be something nice, raw, healthy tonight!

B- a bit of left over Shells and chreese with baked tofu (is that weird?)
L- Ma Po tofu from PF Changs with rice
D- I will most likely eat the rest of my lunch

might have a couple of drinks later on too ;-)

Breakfast: organic meusli w/ rice milk topped with raspberries

Snack: green tea

Lunch: large salad- mixed leaves, marinated artichoke, grilled zucchini & tomatoes & sauteed capsicum & onions

Dinner: steamed sweet potato w/ small amount grilled tofu w/ steamed spinach, garlic w/ olive oil, djon, white vinegar dressing

BREAKFAST:

Two slices of wholemeal toast - one with strawberry jam and the other with peanut butter.

LUNCH:

Basil Mince Mash - Releat mince, three onions, garlic clove, so much basil it's unreal and then some new potatoes with chopped tomatos mixed in and served so hot you wouldn't believe it into a bowl! Muhahahaha that was sooo good!

DINNER:

Chicken style bake with wholemeal rice and onion gravy (and cuz I love ketchup a little bit on the side too!!! :D)

Shopping tonight mouches...hell yeah!

Wow, that sounds really good! Will have to try it soon. Mmh, basil is fabulous, turnes any dish into a real treat.

Yesterday:

Clementine.

Four slices of toast with hummus.

Two bowls of pasta with tomato sauce and Redwood's sausages.

Cranberry juice with Floradix.

Two slices of stollen with pure spread. Cup of Rooibos tea. Eight squares of Vegan Organica "milk" chocolate.

Mashed potato. Two nut cutlets. Baked beans. Red pepper, celery and cucumber.

Yesterday we had Toni's mum and partner round for lunch so I made this:

Lunch: Poppadoms with raita, onion salad, brinjal pickle, mango chutney. Wholegrain pilau rice, vegetable balti, bite size "chicken" tikka (made from ASDA meatfree steaks), onion bhajis, samosas, home made naan bread. Home made mince pies (as in the recipe section) with custard. Wine.

Snack: 2 satsumas. Pistachio nuts.

Supper: Leftover naan bread and tikka bites with raita.

I thought ALL of that shit had eggs and stuff in?
Only gone Vegan this month (after years of being Vegi) ..... you're right .... I will have to be much more vigilant reading labels ...... now a whole pile more stuff has been thrown out my freezer since reading your comment ... Thanks!!

Breccy - cornflakes/soya milk, 1 slice toast with sugar free jam

Lunch - baked spud and beans whilst out

Dinner - savoury rice, tofu, masses of steamed veggies,

Snack - 1 glass wine and 1 small sausage roll style snack i made with leeks, vegan chicken style cubes, mushrooms and onion filling in puff pastry

Am avoiding the rest of them now:rolleyes:

BREAKFAST:

5 or 6 onion bajhis with mango chutney (was on courier job today so quite busy)

LUNCH:

Ham Salad - wholemeal baguette with mayola, ketchup, tomatos, iceberg lettuce and two redwoods cheatn ham!

DINNER:

1 "fish" cake with curley fries and steamed brocolli and carrots

SNACK:

3 iced buns

Breakfast:
Missed....

When I got up: :D
Bowl of dorset cereals, naturally light flakes - Cranberries, rasberries, cherries with Soy Milk. (really nice they were)

Dinner:
didn't eat much today but i had a few almond nuts and a few pieces of Green & Blacks Chocolate....speaking of my G&B chocolate, I am furoius at the dog right now because the stupid Bitch just ate the rest of my bar!!!!!!! Grrrr..... :eek: :mad:

And tonight, I had a sausage barm, but i moulded the stuff into more of a burger rather than sausages - and they are specially made to make sausages, but wheres the rules????? heeheee :P

Oh they are SOSMIX btwy....Meat free and as far as i know, suitable for Vegans. Bet ya thought i had actual pork sausage barm them!! tee hee =D Nope.

For drinks:
Green tea and more green tea....I have a bit of a cold, and this stuff is full of anti oxidents so it better get workin NOW :(
Last thing i ate was a (yucky to some ;) ) Soya yougurt!


I'm still pi**ed about that chocolate! *rolls eyes*
