And tonight, I had a sausage barm, but i moulded the stuff into more of a burger rather than sausages - and they are specially made to make sausages, but wheres the rules????? heeheee :P

Oh they are SOSMIX btwy....Meat free and as far as i know, suitable for Vegans. Bet ya thought i had actual pork sausage barm them!! tee hee =D Nope.

sosmix is great stuff! the burgermix is good too. and i always make those into squares to perfectly fit slices of bread!

sorry to hear about the chocolate :eek:

today i have had:

B - i also missed this!
L - blended 4 satsumas, with a handful of frozen 'summer' fruit - berries etc.
T - wholemeal seeded baguette (tescos have started doing them; you finish cooking them in the oven, they are gorgeous!) with redwoods bean pate, baby spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a good sprinklin' of omega seeds!
later I had a couple of slices of melon

1 decaf coffee
1 slice nutty seedy bread with organic cherry spread
1 bowl of spag bol (well my version of spag bol all organic with lentils - yummy!!) organic wholewheat pasta
3 cups green tea
1 mini bar green and blacks dark chocolate

...speaking of my G&B chocolate, I am furoius at the dog right now because the stupid Bitch just ate the rest of my bar!!!!!!! Grrrr..... :eek: :mad:

Isn't chocolate poison to dogs? I hope your dog is okay.

Lemon green tea
Toasted w/m sandwich with vine tomatoes and olives

Lots of water
Banana sandwich:)

Salt and vinegar crisps

W/m pasta with tomatoes, olive oil, green pepper, broccoli and flaxseeds

Mashed potato, baked beans and two Redwood's sausages.

Alpro custard with a sliced banana.

Hummus and sliced tomato toasted sandwich.

Chips and mushy peas.

1/2 banana with soya yoghurt, agave nectar and a bit of muesli
red grapes
1 apple
1/2 tub hummous with raw carrot sticks
handful of pinenuts

have been asleep most of the day!

lunch: California Pizza Kitchen miso salad w/o dressing - daikon, carrots, cabbage, edamame, avocado, other veggies
hummus with pita bread
snacks: two luna bars, yerba mate, vitamin
dinner: other half of miso salad (it was huge!!)
about a 1/2c or so of edamame mixed in
a few dates
maybe bake the butternut squash I have

BREAKFAST:

Two weetabix with chopped banannas, golden syrup and soya milk

LUNCH:

Two wholemeal toast with mashed avocado, tomato and pepper made into a sanwhich and dipped in ketchup.

DINNER: (I had a dinner party yesterday so made food to impress lol)

Fajhitas - Wholemeal tortillas, red, orange and green peppers, four red onions, whole tin of sweetcorn and mock chicken in fajhita spice with a large side salad, mango chutney, mayola, tomato relish and hot sauce.

Trifle - omfg my gf makes the best trifle in the world

Apple Pie with maple and peacan icecream.

DRINKS:

Beer

Mulled Wine - 75cl Red wine, brandy, rum, whiskey, orange juice, spices, orange slices.

(not once did anyone ask if stuff was vegan...some of the guests didn't even know I was vegan (my gfs mates) and enjoyed all the food. We never told them lol)

Yesterday was:

B - porridge with blueberries/strawberries

L - jacket pot, homemade colslaw, salads, hummus

D- nice leek/mushroom/onion mix en croute with roasted sweet pots/butternut squash/parsnips onion gravy and lots of steamed veggies

Drinks - loads of water, juice, non alcoholic mulled cordial drink

oh and 2 boojah chocs (just cant resist!)

lots and lots of Lebanese bread salad/fattoush with hummus

more hummus with pita bread

(yes, I was stuffed after two helpings of the salad. never happened to me before)

salad of mixed beans, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, carrot

more coffee + rice milk
2 tangerines

wholewheat fusilli and tomato, caper + olive sauce

now I'll have a cup of tea and some chocolate while reading my book :)

gatorade
stir fried tofu, nappa cabbage, bok choy, snow peas, leeks, ginger, portabello and shitake mushrooms and a crap load of big fat spouts with rice and soy sauce
mini spring rolls

I thought I'd have to work tonight so nothing planned for drinks later. will have to fix that.

Breakfast: Porridge

New Year's dinner party: Nut roast with butter beans, brussels sprouts and onion gravy.

Dessert: Apple pie

Lots of drinks (vodka with Schweppe's lemon)

Snack: Green and Blacks Dark Chocolate with Cherries, coffee
Dinner: will be light - salad with hummus

Orange and mango smoothie...seived to remove excess pulp! (bring on that juicer!)
Corn pasta with meridian green pesto, fresh tomato, fresh spinach and pine nuts

will no doubt be hungry for more later :) probably fresh fruit in a couple of hours.

Right now....tomato basil garlic sauce with red onions, red peppers, mushrooms, green olives and vegan spiced 'beef' over an organic whole wheat rotini smothered in vegan parmesan 'cheese'.

BREAKFAST:Baked beans, two grilled tomatos, 6 mushrooms, two toast, two hash browns and four slices of toast. (I was sooo hung over I needed a fry up)

LUNCH: Nothing

DINNER:

Roast potatoes, sprouts, carrots, brocolli, redwoods turkey slices and gravy.

SNACK:

Bowl of weetabix with golden syrup

Two crumpets - one with jam and the other peanut butter
