Aphrodite - what is natex?

It is like a Marmite replacement (but Marmite is made by Unilever so I stopped using it.)

Ah ok. Never heard of that, it's something I'll watch out for! We don't get Marmite anymore either because of the Unilever thing. Tesco do their own brand which is just as good, but, well, it's Tesco!

I was bad this AM and had a slice of the vegan chocolate cake with mocha icing I made from the postpunkkitchen recipe last night. Mmmm...:D

Yesterday I had a banana with vanilla soy milk and bran cereal... a vegan hotdog with sauerkraut and mustard on wheat bread... whole wheat pasta with veggies... and some yummy organic cashew butter. Also some OJ and lots of water.

Curly kale fried with onion and garlic then mixed with steamed sweet potato and parsnips. A spicey bean burger and a large salad of flat leaf lettuce and baby spinach with some grated cheezley and french dressing.
