Dinner: tomato/lees soup. simple, but very nice!

Mmm, I ended up making brownies after dinner and eating a lot of the batter and a bit of the brownie itself as well. Not very healthy I guess :o

Mmmmm I'm eating a really good lunch now from the work cafeteria today. It's a huge stirfry with snow peas, carrots, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, tons of garlic and pesto. I added chickpeas (the only vegan protein source there). Later I'm planning on going to Arnold's Way (http://www.arnoldsway.com/), an awesome raw food shop/ restaurant with tons of good products (http://www.arnoldsway.com/inventory.htm). I can't wait! I think I may get one of the mediterranean wraps (http://www.arnoldsway.com/) and dessert under the menu section. I think I'm gonna love this place!

It all sounds good, but especially their entrees. The spaghetti or the raw burger? Yum....
