BREAKFAST:

Mushrooms, tomatoes and onion&herb pate on two slices of wholemeal toast

LUNCH:

A vegan cornish pasty and a strawberry alpro shake
A triangle of a sandwhich with mock turkey and mayo
A slice of christmas cake
A redwoods bacon slice on a cracker

(Was at a demo and people kept feeding me! Whoop!)

DINNER:

Parnsip, green bean, kale, baby corn and releat fishless fishcake stirfry with soy sauce.

SNACKS:

A bowl of weetabix with a bananna

Two glasses of red wine (whilst watching more buffy!)

Yesterday:

Porridge with blueberries

baked spud and beans out

buffet at party where i was well catered for:
rice, wonderful sesame roast pots, homemade hummus - so yummy!, salads, bread,

about 4-5 glasses of wine.......

booze free day needed today:o

yesterday:

a bowl pasta e fagioli

stir-fry of mie noodles with Chinese cabbage, carrots and sprouts

2 bananas

lots of stuff at the party... chili, Japanese mochi soup, tortilla chip salad with Tofutti sour cream etc etc etc

I made a smoothie with random stuff....it wasn't realllly nice, but it tastes OK: -
(I added)
2 bananas.......... wait hang on, NOTE: I had a cordial drink i left in the fridge that was really watery, because i wanted to add liquid, i didn't want just water, so i used a really bland cordial as the liquid and it was quite nice,...the drink was mixed summer fruits! [I hate tap water alone, over here, at least!]

OK...

2 Medium bananas,
Splash of pure orange Juice,
small handful of pumpkin seeds,
small handful of whole almonds,
small handful of Blueberries,
small handful of raw spinich,
few pieces of raw Kale,
a teeny little carrot (not a baby carrot, just a normal but small thinner one),
A big splash of the cordial mentioned above (although this was to help thin it)........ and thats it. Made a medium glass full or in other words, JUST over half a pint. :)

yesterday...

breakfast: optimum slim cereal, grape nut flakes & sliced strawberries w/ soymilk, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch: tamale pie

snack: blueberries & peach soy yogurt

dinner: sushi salad (spinach, julienned carrot, cold brown rice, scallions, edamame, cucumber, sesame seeds & thai peanut sauce), diet coke

after work: what I could find at boyfriend's house after a get together - two plain hamburger buns, potato chip & tortilla chip crumbs, two beers

too many croissants T_T

Indian-spiced salad with tomatoes, cucumber and lots of cilantro
quinoa + chickpea pilaf from v-con

a slice of homemade soda bread

Breakfast: none, went to dr's with bf.

Snack: more vegan smores!!!

Lunch: leftover sweet and sour veggie stir fry

Snack: homemade chocolate mousse (from "Garden of Vegan")

Supper: will be chickpea curry with rice.

Yesterday was 95% raw (everything except for soy milk):

B: green juice (apples and chard)
L: kale, sprout, flaxseed, and cayenne pepper raw flatbread; raw spring medley and sprout soup; "cheze" nachos (tons of raw veggies, raw "sauce", and sunflower "cheze"); raw walnut/ cocao brownie
D: three bananas, tons of almonds, fortified soy milk, raw sprouted bread

I ate loads today and have been travelling/ packing all weekend:

B: raw sprouted complete protein bread, crushed peanuts, apple
S: brazil and cashew nuts
L: smoothie wih fortified soy milk, tons of berries, two bananas
D: black bean, chickpea, kidney bean medley, diced tomatoes, one soy pita, tons of dates

Lol to the ciders Frosty! I don't ever really know how much I drink if I'm having a "few" :D

BREAKFAST:

Four weetabix with bananna, grapes and unsweetened soya milk

LUNCH:

Cous cous with fajhita vegetables and a large salad (made by works canteen)

DINNER:

Wholemeal pasta in tomato & garlic sauce with loads of sweetcorn, yellow peppers, onion and two frys sausages. This was eaten with a MASSIVE load of fresh spinach, flat leaf lettuce and fresh tomatoes.

SNACK:

Baked bananna with chocolate in the middle of it served with vanilla swedish glace!

mountain mix clif mojo bar
pizza with black olives, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes, artichokes, tomato sauce and spices (my boyfriend made it...delicious)
few wheat crackers with hummus
taste of thai peanut noodles

Today
glass of silk nog
banana
luna bar
zesty bean bowl from crazy bowls and wraps (brown rice with black beans, some other kind of bean, green onions, and steamed tofu with sauce)

dinner- some sort of burrito and a margarita at a mexican restaurant

homemade soda bread with baked beans
artichoke hearts and green olives in a oil-herb marinade
(yeah I know weirdest breakfast ever... let's call it Britteranean :D)

bento: quinoa-chickpea pilaf, 2 mini veggie samosas, Indian salad

1 banana

breakfast:
coffee + rice milk
porridge, cranberries + apple
throughout the day:
banana, 2 tangerines, 2 muesli bars

dinner now will be:
the last of the leftover vegetable and tofu stew
spelt bread with yeast extract

might have some chili chocolate later, feeling a bit peckish ;)

dinner - chick pea tagine made in slow cooker, brown rice, pile of steamed veggies, had to add minty yoghurt dip as tagine was so hot!

small scoop glace after!

was going to have a glass of wine but changed my mind for water:)

breakfast: blueberry corn pancakes, half a grapefruit, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

lunch: personal pizza w/ wheat crust, mushrooms, green peppers, spinach, carrots & tomatoes, two beers

dinner: power-c naked smoothie, sprite zero

brekfast - some dried but yet gorgeously gooey apricots, and some nut butter spread on ryvita (i have discovered that combining proteins & carbs at brekfast stops the sudden sleepiness i was getting at 10am)

didnt really get a chance for a proper lunch at work because we were so busy, i just drunk tonnes and tonnes of green tea, and had a couple of vegan digestives. oo and some Green&Blacks

tea - two bowls of my mums fantastic vegetable stew (it has everything: potatoes, carrots, barley, pinto beans, all sorts!!!) with mountains of nutritional yeast sprinkled on top. washed down with rice milk :)

then quite late (around half 8 - 9) i decided i wanted to make chocolate crunch: a whole bar of melted green&blacks mixed with crushed biscuits. And iv just polished off the lot (apart from my mum & bro had some) when i was meant to be taking it into work tommorrow... oooooops.... :o lol i feel sick now ahhh too much choccy!!!!

Breakfast - Cereal + soymilk with raisins and walnuts sprinkled in there.
Lunch - PB&J sandwich, applesauce, sunchips
Dinner - Brown Rice and roasted peppers

I agree, no such thing as too much chocolate!

Breakfast: homemade muesli microwaved with almond milk and maple syrup added.

Snacks: Wha Guru Chew, 4 homemade graham crackers

Lunch: yummy chickpea curry over rice, and carrot sticks

Afternoon: earl grey tea with raw sugar and soymilk, piece of dark chocolate

Supper: Yves veggie burger (slightly expired but was still good!) with a baked potato and soy sour cream
