- Pita Wrap w/ Avocado, Tomato, Sprouts, Grated Carrot, Cucumber & Lettuce.
- Small pack of potato chips and a bottle of OJ
- Burrito w/ refried beans, avocado, tomato and corn

raw "granola" with raspberries and (regular) soymilk
asian style salad with slivered almonds
greens salad with half an avocado and a cucumber
2 pieces of toast
soy hot chocolate

2 crumpets and a glass of orange juice

Oven chips with veggie gravy and ketchup:)

Bar of chocolate

Homemade carrot and lentil soup and w/m toast

Green tea and water and now rose wine

It's my cheat day today :)

So far I've had:

2 cups of coffee
2 apple cinnamon pastries
6 crackers with Sheese on top. :p

L: ryebread with hummus + red bellpepper
S: Misosoup, Dried abricots, Apple
D: Creamy broccoli pasta (with soymilk and nutritional yeast)

mmmm that sounds tasty...... il have to try that!

my brekfast: pinapple chunks, then some nut butter spread on ryvita

lunch: vegetable soup, more ryvita, sage & onion vegan slices

snacks: some biscuits, some green&blacks, mini serving of spaghetti hoops

tea: big rice salad with apricots, asparagus, broccoli, nuts and some other mad stuff, sprinked with nutritional yeast

and i munched a bit of nori too

Breakfast: oats and dried fruit and seeds soaked overnight in soya milk, coffee, 2 oatcakes with spread and fig jam, two rich tea biscuits (I was really hungry!)
Lunch: tea, 2 wholemeal pitta with hummus and salad leaves
Snack: tea, 3 oatcakes with fig jam
Tea: mixed salad - stuff I needed to use up, included alfalfa and chickpea sprouts, olives, beetroot, a mandarin, tomatoes, couscous

I've got such unhealthy eating habits at the moment, and have somehow lost my pig appetite (nothing against pigs :P )...

today I had:

bento containing some trail mix, baked beans and couscous-quinoa pilaf
(leftovers had to go somewhere)

1 kiwi fruit

some soda bread with pesto and tomato slices

two pieces spinach lasagna

Breakfast: grapefruit

Snacks: hot chocolate with vegan marshmallows, Wha Guru Chew

Lunch: homemade muesli microwaved with almond milk and maple syrup, spinach salad with poppyseed dressing, baby carrots. Piece of chocolate for dessert.

Snack: 2 Fruit-2-Gos

Supper: WAS going to be curried macadamia rice with spinach salad, but some bugs got into my (poorly sealed) rice :( . So I had cheeseless pizza with hot peppers, green peppers and tomato. More hot chocolate for dessert, but sweetened with maple syrup instead of sugar. YUM!

breakfast: grape nuts flakes w/ sliced strawberries, banana & soy milk, decaf green tea

lunch: wheat spaghetti w/ thai peanut sauce, spinach, julienned carrot, cucumber, edamame, scallions & sesame seeds

snack: strawberry banana soy yogurt, a pear, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

dinner: tamale pie, sauteed broccoli rabe, coke zero

after work: amaranth graham crackers, sugar cookie tea

I ate the tidings of my school's cafeteria, which included:

A baby spinach salad with tomatoes, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, and raspberry dressing at each meal
Mushroom chili
Pasta with marinara sauce
Lots of soymilk
Veggie fajitas
Watermelon and cantaloupe

DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY:

My first green smoothie - 5 baby spinach leafs, a few bits of kale, mango, pineapple and bananna with a little flax. (Was actually quite yummy)

A handful of mixed nuts

LUNCH:

Rest of the smoothie with a lentil and tomato soup and a granary wholemeal roll

DINNER:

Green beans, kale,mushrooms, onions, baby corn and a chopped up releat fishcake in soy sauce.

YESTERDAY:

BREAKFAST:

Wholemeal roll with three :eek: cheatin ham slices, spread and baby spinach

LUNCH:

Bananna

Raw carrot sticks dipped in hummus

Bag of ready salted crisps

DINNER:

Braised tofu in a tomato sauce with a whole bell pepper, sweetcorn and mushrooms

mmmm that sounds tasty...... il have to try that!

Its so simple... Boil pasta (1 pound) and steam broccoli (1).. In a pot mix 2 cups soymilk with cup nutritional yesast, 1 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon onionpowder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 Tablespoon margerine, 2 tablespoons flour, some salt

Then heat and mix until warn.. And pour over pasta and broccoli.. Serve
It was realy good the next time im gonna mix some chickpeas in

Today for breakfast: -

1 Meduim Avacado
1 Large plum
small handful of bluberries thrown in a bowl of Oatmeal (Like ready brek....that Tesco's Hot oat cereal....but i have mine cold! And put some syrup in there because the UNsweetened soya milk is a little yucky heheheee) :D

- sourdough roll w/ avocado, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot, sprouts and lettuce. coke.
- 1 date & coconut roll

Dinner: -

Jacket potatoe with Beans
Apple Juice.

Tea: -

Red pepper, 3 small onions, kale, few leaves--spinich, watercress, 3 small red potatoes(microwaved), Bok Choy leaves, 1 baby sweetcorn, few green pea things---forgot what they're called! SOSMIX (mmmm)..... errr
I think thats it, just thrown together splashed in white powdery pepper, Rice Vinegar, and sea salt......

Had quite a yummy day today:

Breakfast: half a whole wheat bagel with tofutti cream cheese and natural strawberry jam

Morning Snacks: Fruit-2-Go, Wha Guru Chew, organic raisins, few baby carrots

Lunch: leftover cheeseless pizza (hot peppers, green peppers and tomato). 2 pieces of rice milk chocolate for dessert (YUM!)

Afternoon Snacks: more raisins, more carrots

Supper: Curried macadamia rice (my new favourite recipe! Sooo good!), with steamed baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.

Dessert: 2 more pieces of rice milk chocolate!

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1/2 can creamed corn on cracked wheat toast with Soy Garden spread.
1 piece of chocolate.

1 chip buttie (Alexa oven fries, cracked wheat bread, Soy Garden Spread, salt, vinegar and ketchup).
A few extra oven fries on the side.

About to have left over curry from last night (chickpea curry).
1 nan bread.
1 samosa with chutney.
