Are you still hungry? I would be!
Not judging you BTW - I'm just saying that I'd be still really hungry if that's all I ate during the day.

That sounds yummy! (like the whole of your day actually)
Where can I find the recipe?
OMG the curried macadamia rice is soooo good, rich and creamy! Someone gave me the recipe on the "What Can I Do With All This Nut Butter" thread (sorry, I forget who gave it to me :o ). The recipe is originally from this website of nut butter recipes (http://www.futtersnutbutters.com/recipe.html), but I changed it a little bit, such as adding way less margarine, and instead of cooking the rice in 1/2 cup of broth, I just added the correct amount of broth (about 1 cup) needed to cook the 1/2 cup rice, since I didn't have a "faster cooking rice". Oh, and I added 1/3 cup of nut butter, I couldn't resist! MAN, is it ever tasty! I would make it every day if I could, but it's not my bf's favourite. Let me know what you think!
