Pretty lean day, Frosty!
I had quite an indulgent day :o
Breakfast: homemade muesli with almond milk and maple syrup
Snack: hot chocolate (made with maple syrup and cocoa instead of sugar and cocoa!) with 3 vegan marshmallows
Lunch: leftover pizza
Supper: yummy green vegetable curry made with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.
Dessert: homemade cake! (Tara's chocolate cake and Tara's chocolate frosting from "La Dolce Vegan"). The cake didn't turn out too well, it was too moist (I think the recipe calls for too much water), so it broke horizontally as I was removing it, leaving a bunch of cake in the pan. So I just frosted the top half anyway, it still tasted FABULOUS. I've never had such a moist cake, I think it would have been perfect if it hadn't broken on its way out of the pan. And the frosting (page 261) was the best I've ever had in my entire life! Sooo fluffy! *runs to get another piece*

Emmy they had two veggie dishes! I told them I was alergic to both milk and egg and the chef told me they didn't put them in because of allergies etc. There was like a chic pea and butternut squash mix - kinda like a curry and the other was a bean chilli. I also had cous cous with it lol. Also don't forget your family card cuz it's 50p cheaper with it :D (I'm abit of an ikea whore :()
Rainbowcarosel - as for eating loads....I've been vegan for a year and a half and things have settled down over time but my moto is if you like it and it's vegan stuff your face. I love food so damn much:D
BREAKFAST:
Left over winter stew from yesterday on two slices of wholemeal toast
LUNCH:
Red pepper, onion, mushroom and courgette curry with basmati rice and parsley. On the side a big salad of olices, sweetcorn and lettuce. (Work canteen - although I must admit it was quite oily and made me feel a little sick!)
DINNER:
More left over stew with a couple of fishless fingers chucked in for good measure.
(Kinda scraping the barral at the moment and it's a whole 14 days until pay day :()

Thanks! I love it... and people actually knew the word vegan and asked me if I was!! And then they said "well we have gluten free, low sodium, and soy-free sauces in addition to also being vegan". They seemed actually interested in my veganism instead of making fun of me!! And they're like well "veganism is great, so I guess you'll know what you're talking about".

I hope it was a giant bowl of cereal and a lot of sushi  !? It was 1 cup of cerial with 1 cup of soy milk and 1 order of (I think 8) sushi rolls and some pickled ginger. I wasn't really hungry but I didn't want to get a headache by not eating anything.
