Yesterday was a perfect example of my high-carbohydrate junk-food diet, so I am posting it.

-Water crackers, 9 ounces
-Semolina pasta, 8 ounces before cooking
-Vegan croutons, 7 ounces
-Matzo, 5 ounces
-Rice cakes, 3 ounces
-Pretzel sticks, 1.5 ounces
-Fake meat, 1 ounce ("I had it at home" is my best excuse for eating that)
-Rice crackers, 0.875 ounces

That is approximately 4000 kilocalories, most of it coming from refined wheat.

steven, it doesnt seem like ur absentmindedly eating, since you know how many ounces of each you've eaten. Can't u just substitute some of the wheat and carbs for something else if ur unhappy with it?

2 mugs coffee with brown sugar and soy milk

With some exceptions, I eat absentmindedly and figure the amounts afterwards. My stomach condition requires me to eat mostly carbohydrates, with the occasional concentrated protein. I probably should eat more rice instead of wheat, but wheat tastes so good that it is difficult to restrict.

what are water crackers?
Water crackers are a nearly flat snack product made from refined wheat flour. Water crackers have many small holes, are approximately 2.25 inches in diameter, and weigh 3-4 grams each.
