B: 1/6c quinoa flakes + 1/6c oat bran mixed in water + 1/2 banana + ground flaxseeds
L: no time!!
S: orange spice tea
S2: almonds
D: stirfry w/ swiss chard, bean sprouts, broccoli, carrots, bamboo shoots, spinach, tomato, mushrooms, water chestnuts, peanuts, thai sauce, tofu -- this must've been the biggest stirfry I've ever eaten!!

Breakfast: homemade granola with almond milk and maple syrup

Snack: Wha Guru Chew, banana, some dry granola

Lunch: Amy's frozen Shepherd's Pie

Snack: tea

Supper: vegetable sushi!

Dessert: graham crackers spread with chocolate icing :D

breakfast: 2 wheat biscuits, one w/ pb & grape jelly, one w/ apple butter, green tea

lunch: amy's asian noodle stir-fry, 2 prunes

snack: popcorn, coffee w/ instant creamer

dinner: chickpea cutlet w/ ketchup, mashed sweet potatoes, steam-fried crimini mushrooms, sauteed cabbage, red wine

BREAKFAST:

A bowl of lentil, carrot and potato soup

LUNCH:

I cooked lunch for my parents and gf yesterday. Went very well!

Butternut squash stuffed with chickyn style bake, steamed carrots, green beans and brocolli, roast potatoes and lots of lovely thick onion gravy!

An applie pie with a scoop of vanilla swedish glace!

DINNER:

Tagletelli with sweetcorn, black eye peas, onions and polony slices in a mushroom and white wine sauce.

SNACK:

Oat biscuits with chive and herb tofutti and gooseberry chutney spread on them.

(maaaaaaan I ate alot yesterday!)

My boyfriend and I tried out a Chinese restaurant that we'd never been to before. The food was really good - msg free and there were loads and loads of vegan options. The waitress knew what vegan was and assured me they used no egg or milk products in any of their vegetarian meals. She even double checked the ingredients on the fortune cookies before she gave me one :)

We shared:

deep fried wontons
vegetable dumplings
braised tofu & chinese mushrooms
spicy schezuan green beans
lemon "chicken"
sweet & sour "pork"
steamed rice

Needless to say there's lots left over for tomorrow night's dinner as well!

- dates and an apple
- salad roll with lots of avocado. coke.
- date & coconut roll
- spaghetti w/ lentil bolognaise.

i finished the apple compote (homemade) in the fridge
a kind of porridge made with quinoa cream and spices

Breakfast: Slice of bread with Tofutti

Lunch: Leftover tacos from yesterday (corn tubs, kidney beans with fried onions and red pepper, 'vegetarian taco mix' - TVP with tomato and taco spices, salsa and sour supreme)

Snacks: Two stems of celery and a carrot, THREE Earl Grey tea cupcakes from VCTOW (one with lemon buttercream frosting)

Will make for dinner: Puy lentil, brown rice and mushroom soup

Have also had fruit jelly candies and chocolate. :)

Heinz vegetable soup. Brown bread roll with Pure spread. Two slices of pickled gherkin.

Pizza topped with tomato puree, artichoke, white onion, cherry tomatoes, romero peppers and sweetcorn. Salad consisting of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced cucumber and carrot, avocado, mixed seeds, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Baked beans.

One flying saucer.

Flying saucers as in those little sweets? How amazing, haven't had one of those since i was about 5! Might have to invest in some x

breakfast: my usual oats and seeds and dried fruit soaked overnight in soya milk, coffee, 3 oatcakes
snack: soya milk and 2 rich tea biscuits
lunch: salad of 1 grated courgette, 2 tomatos, 1 red pepper, and romaine lettuce with some sesame seeds and olive oil drizzled over it - very filling
snack:a lump of marzipan
tea: mushroom flavoured noodles and greens
snack: home made raw sweets - dates, cashews, raw chocolate powder and a touch of agave nectar

two grape tomatoes, cucumber slices
2 onigiri
potato salad

two huge bowls of my variation of v-con gumbo + rice

The lack of fruit again, I know...

B: no time...
L: Jucchini slices + Tomato slices, Pretzels, and chocolate soymilk.
S: I slice of wholewheat with ajvar and mushroom slices
D: Brown Rice with mushrooms and tomato sauce.
S: Soymilk + puffed wholegrain rice + raisins.

breakfast: grape nuts flakes w/ soymilk, grapefruit

lunch: chickpea cutlet w/ ketchup, mashed sweet potatoes, steam-fried crimini mushrooms, sauteed cabbage, red safari spice tea

snack: small persimmon, strawberries, cranberry trail mix, diet pepsi

dinner: salad (mixed greens, red pepper, mini-cucumber slices, fresh corn kernels, oil & vinegar), roasted okra, wheat bread

snack: rice crackers

breakfast - bran flakes and soy milk

lunch - sub sandwich (avocado and soy sour cream with cilantro, cucumber, roma tomatoes, baby spinach, lettuce, banana peppers, alfalfa sprouts)

dinner - pizza (pizza sauce, onion, mushrooms, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, peperoncinis, diced garlic, soy cheese, and spinach)

snack - blue berries
tea with raw sugar (mmmmm)

I was a big wobbler today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden spread & strawberry jam.

1 toasted sandwich: organic wholewheat bread, organic cranberry sauce, Tofurky deli slices, gouda Sheese.
A few plain potato chips on the side.

A few lime flavoured potato puffs.

Leftover Chinese food:
braised tofu & chinese mushrooms
sweet & sour "pork"
lemon "chicken"
spicy schezuan beans
steamed rice

About 6 macadamia nuts
2 dinner mints.
