I am that.

What i find odd is that though it's made in USA, you can get it cheaper here than the $6 they list it as on their site....

I got mine for $3.99 on sale. I highly doubt I'd pay 6 bucks for a jar of PB. That's a rip off lol, even if it is chocolate flavoured!

B: 1 banana, 1 mango, 1 apple...spread out over a couple of hours
L: made a weird mix up thing in the food processor, that was actually quite nice! Put in baby spinach, bit of red pepper, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 1/4 red onion, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, bit of olive oil, some salt and basil. Ate it on lettuce leaves.
T: made a 'salad' in processor - chopped spinach, courgette, red pepper, then added chopped tomato, a bit of olive oil, lemon juice and pine nuts.
Snack: 1 banana and about 5 ginger biscuits.

for breakfast i had quinoa with jaggery milk and some ground sunflower, sesame, linseed and pumpkin seeds with a bit of linseed oil for good measure. i think 3 almonds found their way in there too.

for lunch i had zukkhini, mushrooms, carrots and tomoatoes in coconut milk with loads (far too much ) brown rice, which i put lecithin on...

i ate a chikoo mid afternoon ( i live in india)

now im going to go and eat a soup with leeks and carrots and half a potato in. i put the celery in a home made muslin bag and boiled it all up. now im going to remove the celery bag (might re-use it for something esle) and blend it. then after the soup im going to eat millet that i've added roast zukkhini, cherry tomatoes and roast onions too. ive got some steamed brocolli and a saucve mad from parsley, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice.

I've just quit smoking and eating sugar, as you can see im a little bored , hence really "going to town" with meals......
