Yesterday:
2 slices of smelt ancient grain bread with hummus
glass of rice dream chocolate chai
red lentil & cauliflower curry with jasmine rice
samosa stuffed twice baked potato

Today
left over curry with jasmine rice
banana
going to have homemade veggie pizza for dinner that my boyfriend is making :)

Today
- A litre (yes, a litre!) of smoothie - 3 oranges, loads of raspberries and water
- 2 tortilla wraps with hummous, baby spinach, tomato and courgette
- 'Chicken' schnitzel, with lettuce and loads of plamil 'mayo' in a burger bun, yum!
- Tried a pomegranite for the first time, but couldn't swallow the seeds!! :eek:
- 3 of pints of water

even though i love smothies. lol.

That's what I was eating, but spitting the seeds out. Became a very long process for what probably amounted to half a mouth of fruit! :D

My fiance said it wasn't a very good pomegranite, so maybe I need to try again sometime. The taste was nice.

yeah, i don't usually eat pomegranite because it takes too long to eat...
i do like the taste though, so i just buy natural pomegranite juice.

Pretty sorry day today (I went to my uncle's for a party for my Grandma, and I knew there wouldn't be much for me to eat, so I brought my own food, but I didn't bring enough!)

Breakfast: strawberry yoghurt with homemade granola mixed in

Snack on the road: apple cinnamon tea (it was the only thing at Tim Horton's that I could eat :o )

Lunch (at uncle's): steamed veggies and vegan gravy (I brought these with me), a soda pop, and some fresh fruit (melons and strawberries).

Supper: cheeseless pizza with red onion, red pepper, and spinach.

soy latte
sprouted roll with tons of nuts, seeds and dried fruit
tofu on spelt roll with lettuce, tomato, vegenaise and bbq sauce
i'm too tired to cook and very hungry. the bf is going to make dinner but hasnt started yet. i think i'm about to eat a bunch of crap.

eta: had 4 pieces leftover lemon herb tofu then a leftover gardein chicken cutlet on toasted everything bagel and like 6 oreos.

- Bread roll filled w/ lots of avocado & alfalfa. OJ.
- Apple
- Burrito w/ refried kidney beans (homemade), avocado (lots), tomato & corn kernels.

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk & topped with fresh, organic blackberries.

Some air puffed, lime flavoured potato snacks.

1 Optimum energy bar.

A few fruit candies.

Organic salad: mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, Sheese cubes, Santa Fe dressing - all topped with a stirfried mixture of Yves veggie ground "chicken" , onion, orange pepper and green pepper.

A few natural potato chips on the side.

1 cup chocolate chai tea.
1 Belsoy chocolate pudding cup.
2 pastry twists.
2 dinner mints.

White bread sandwich with veggie sausages, tomato, lettuce and ketchup.

Vegan haggis. Roast potatoes. Parsnip mash. Green beans. Peas. Mint sauce.

BREAKFAST:

Beans on toast

Melon, grapefruit, orange and pineapple

LUNCH:

Well after the incident where the work canteen fed me CREAM I'm never eating there again so I popped over to M&S at the BP garage and brought:

Vegetable samosa
Lightly salted kettle crisps
A small bar of G&BS 70%

DINNER:
Frys snitzel, oven chips, large lot of iceberg lettuce and a proper ratatouille on the side.

SNACK:

Slice of wholemeal toast with choccy spread

Breakfast: 1/3 cup oats, 1 tsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp rice protein, 1/2 cup blueberries (cooked with water). Coffee with almond milk and agave.

Snack: 8 oz. soymilk, apple.

Lunch: "missing egg" salad (mashed tofu with mustard, relish, green onion, vegan mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, tumeric, garlic powder, cumin) with two rye crackers.

Snack: Crunchy nature valley bar.

Dinner: 1 cup lentils with curry, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red cabbage, celery and red peppers.
A few frozen banana chunks and a billion grapes.

Lots of water and Madagascar vanilla red tea.

Yesterday:

B: one grapefruit
L: went out to eat, so ate half of a CPK miso salad (daikon, cabbage, carrots, edamame, avocado, etc) + 1 large bowl of pea barley soup
S: two bananas
D: other half of CPK miso salad + about 8 huge spinach leaves + 1c kidney beans
S: 2 slices whole wheat bread w/ 1.5 tbsp PB and 1 tbsp fruit preserves, bag of cherries

Geez I ate a lot yesterday!

I loooove Green Leaves. favorites: lentil quesadillas, yellow curry, swing burger, chicken satay... I wish they opened before 11am. :( nothing opens before 11am!!
