breakfast : not much, i woke up late.
a soy yogurt and some corn flakes.

lunch : carrots, cauliflower and brocoli leftovers
millet&mushrooms galette
banana

overslept breakfast.

lunch on the fly: curly fries, seven layer burrito minus dairy

snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ flaxmeal & blueberries, two clementines

dinner: veggie burger on bun w/ lettuce, tomato, ketchup & mustard, banana, diet gingerale

might have a wee snack and tea before bed.

L: Ate out at a Japanese restaurant had a delicious Thai veggie roll (tons of vegetables with rice wrapped in a tofu skin with this sweet and sour type sauce with peanuts) not Japanese, but was yummy, fried tofu with katsu sauce, and miso soup.
D: sandwhich on whole grain bread with baked tofu, hummus, and avocado, then ate the rest of my avocado with lime juice adn a bit of salt
S: mixed berry 100% fruit leather, a few dried mango strips, 1 banana

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
Cheesey scrambled tofu on a toasted breadroll.

1 Optimum energy bar.

2 organic kiwi fruit.

A few fruit candies.

1 bowl organic butternut squash soup.
1 toasted sandwich: organic wholewheat bread, organic avocado, tofurkey deli slices, organic tomato, Sheese.
A few jalapeno chips on the side.

Soon I'm going to sit my bum down in front of Lost Season 3 Disc 4 with a big bowl of organic popcorn :D

BREAKFAST:

Two slices of wholemeal toast with herb and onion pate and ice berg lettuce

LUNCH:

Lentil soup - red and green lentils with white onion in vegatble stock.

DINNER:

Vegan lasgne - harricot beans, kidenybeans, whole red onion and whole whit onion, chopped tomatoes, passata, free from lasgne sheets and grated cheddar cheezley on top. Small amount of iceberg lettuce.

I made almond milk - it is just the yummies drink EVER. Then I made it into a pink breakfast smoothie with hemp oil, narna and summer fruits. Thats me happy!:D

Yesterday:

Two slices of toast with jam and margarine.

Some fruit, nut and chocolate mini bites.

A large baked potato. Half with mushy peas, the other half with hummus.

You're ahead of me! I'm only on disc 1, and I have a week and two days left before Season 4 starts!

I think I'll watch it all next Tuesday and Wednesday while I'm recovering from my wisdom teeth extraction...

yesterday:
soy latte and hot tea through day.
broiled 7 grain onion bagel with earth balance.
sliced tomato with little liquid smoke and olive oil, broiled for a minute.
quinoa and oatmeal cooked with half can Amy's thai coconut soup, soy milk, dried bananas, mangos and pineapple. coupla raw walnuts on top.
bowl black bean chili.
2 sliced raw tomatoes with sesame oil, salt and basil.
2 small boiled potatoes with earth balance and salt.
lettuce and walnuts garnish.
bbq seitan ribs.

oh no!! im still on season 2 disc 2! I've got to catch up!

Snacks: crisps, monkey nuts, couple of chocolates

L: PB on a multi grain baguette

D: I'm going to have probably 2 bowlfuls of homemade veggie soup

I have bought some white wine for later

Oatmeal with flax seeds, rice protein powder, blackberries and a touch of almond milk.

Lentils with cauliflower.

Whole wheat toast with earth balance. Petite gourmet mushrooms, grape tomatoes, cucumber, celery, red bell pepper strips and baby carrots with hummus. Small Macintosh apple.

1/2 cup muesli with a touch of soymilk.

Mixed salad greens with a few grapes and a few raspberries and 2 slices (cut into strips) of yves veggie turkey.

You have 9 days to get through seasons 2 and 3! Quit your job and make Lost your only priority!

LUNCH:

Baguette with roast mushrooms, onions and peppers with iceberg lettuce and toms

Bag of ready salted crisps

Onion Bahji

DINNER:

Frys snitzel with oven chips and grilled mushrooms

banana, tangerine

dinner will be pizza with olives, capers, rocket, tomatoes, sweetcorn + mushrooms

- Went to urban burger with friends: vegan vibe burger & fries.
