My mom ordered me a whole case for Christmas :D . You can order from their website (http://www.whaguruchew.com/Products.htm). I'm partial to the Cashew Vanilla flavour, but there are other vegan flavours as well.
I sure miss Hawaii! The health food stores were SO big, and they have lots of yummy vegan stuff in the States that you can't get here!

It was understandable that she asked the question if she has read some of your other posts Steven, it is obvious you are drastically restricting your calorie intake and you have told us already you are underweight and want to stay that way.
Lets take a look at the relationship between gastroparesis and eating disorders
http://digestivedistress.com/eating_disorders.html
I do not understand what you mean when you say I am drastically restricting my calorie intake. For the last month, I have eaten an average of 3400 Calories per day, which is more than health organizations recommend. The lists of food I have posted here clearly do not show restricted intake.
Furthermore, I did not say I was underweight! I have said that my BMI is 19.5, which is considered in the normal range, and that is the truth.
Yesterday
Rectangular Crackers, 7 ounces
Three-Color Pasta, 6 ounces before cooking
Bagel, 4.5 ounces
Croutons, 4 ounces
Italian Handrolled Crackers, 2 ounces
Fat-Free Popcorn, 2 ounces
Fake meat, 1 ounce
Whole Wheat Bread, 1 ounce

Rice dish in a gravy-like sauce and veggies (split with my mom)

And now a cup of tea.
I'll probably have some sort of snack tonight. Maybe cookies.
Edit: I also had a bowl of cereal with soy milk and some soy yogurt. I'm hungry again and might much on something else. Late nights always make me hungry!

B: Whole grain bagel with organic peanut butter. Raspberries. Two cups of coffee with agave and almond milk.
S: Apple, handful of Kashi cereal
L: Mini tortilla with 2 slices Yves veggie turkey, hummus, mixed greens. Grape tomatoes & cucumber on the side. Frozen grapes and banana chunks for dessert.
S: Half a starbucks brownie, petite gourmet mushrooms and baby carrots with hummus.
D: Chili served over mixed greens. White kidney beans, canned tomatoes, red peppers, onions, chili peppers, garlic powder, cumin, TVP, tomato paste.
Gotta skip breakfast tomorrow for a Dr.'s appointment. That sucks :(, my weight dropped lower than ever today. Not that that's super bad, but if I lose any more, my doctor and mom will be concerned.

I think she was refering to the BMI thread where you were talking about how being underweight is a personal choice and the benefits of it.
Its your opinion so whatever.
It looks like to me you are eating enough especially if you are geting 3,000 + calories. The only thing is your diet is not varied which is understandable considering your illness.
Sorry your not doing well, I hope you get better.:(
