I have eaten really weirdly today. I feel hungry but I don't know what to have:

2 bread rolls with yeast extract
Bowl of lentil soup
Bowl of salad with mayo, it was gross so I didn't finish it
Bowl of mandarin segments
Packet of crisps

Water and I'm having a cup of rooibos tea as I got a free sample in the post

I'm having a beanburger in a bun with ketchup and a tomato and olive salad for dinner

Breakfast: Mug of Innocent Detox smoothie, 2 slices of toasted fruit loaf with non dairy spread and cherry spread
Lunch: large bowl of wholemeal pasta with zest vegan pesto, olives, sun dried tomatoes in herb dressing, peas, sweetcorn, spinach, and engevita flakes
Dinner: dear one cooked for us, he made parsnips, carrots, brocoli, onion gravy, his special mashed potatoes, and a beanys beany burger

One chopped banana with Alpro custard.
Cranberry and raspberry juice drink with Floradix.
Peppermint tea.
Baked beans and pasta.
Mug of rice milk.
Two cups of African spice rooibos tea.
Avocado and tomato sandwich on wholemeal bread.
A few beetroot crisps.
Two bananas.
Baked potato with margarine and baked beans. Salad consisting of avocado, lettuce, apple, celery and red bell pepper.
Chamomile tea.
Rice milk hot chocolate.

various salads, granary roll, small bar of green + blacks maya gold (was treated to lunch at work)

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee with Natura light soymilk and agave nectar. Oats, flax seeds, raspberries and rice protein powder cooked with water.

Snack: Petite gourmet mushrooms, grape tomatoes and cucumber with hummus.

Lunch: 2/3 of a Carrot Cake Clif bar (but I didn't really like it) and lots of various bite-size pieces of raw veggies and fruit, & 2 black coffees at a funeral.

Snack 2: 1/3 tsp hemp seed nut butter, 1/3 tsp soy cream cheese (had to test out my new foods) and a few grapes.

Dinner: Leftover chili from last night over mixed greens & two slices of 12-grain bread with earth balance.

Then some frozen fruit, an apple, a couple walnuts and raw oats.

I'm going to go drink lots of tea, or exercise a bunch. I'm freezing.

I had a wonderful healthy day today! (would have been healthier if I hadn't run out of granola for breakfast)

Breakfast:
whole wheat bagel. One half with tofutti non-hydrogenated cream cheese, one half with coconut oil and strawberry fruit spread. The coconut oil/fruit half was sooo good, the cream cheese half paled in comparison!

Snacks:
apple
mixed berry tea
banana
2 squares of dark chocolate

Lunch:
veggie curry (coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach)

Snack:
sliced banana topped with 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Supper (lots of yummy stuff!):
Couscous cooked in a mixture of vegetable stock and almond milk
Some Harvard beets (steamed diced beets simmered in maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and cornstarch)
Canned brown lentils with Indian spices
2 slices of baguette spread with a mixture of Tofutti cream cheese, diced cherry tomatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley and oregano

Dessert: hot chocolate made with dutch cocoa powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper to make it spicy. YUM!

S: Oatmeal
D: Wrap w/ seed cheeze, tomato, cucumber (x2)
S: Oatmeal; walnuts.

Breakfast:
Cream of brown rice cereal (made with soy milk) with raisins and syrup
Cup of coffee

Lunch (raw!):
Nori wraps (nori sheets rolled with avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, radish, seasoned with lemon juice, garlic, and salt)
2 extra tomatoes and half a carrot
2 oranges

Snack:
Cup of tea

Supper:
Bowl of Muffets (like Wetabix) cereal with soy milk
2 peanut butter and jam sandwiches :)

Snacks throughout the evening:
Pickled beets and regular pickles
100-calorie pack of Oreos
Cup of Sleepytime tea

Today:

1 cup of water.
2 and a half cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast topped with 1/2 organic avocado - mashed, salt & pepper.

2 organic kiwi fruit.

1 tall soy latte.
1 Smart Monkey raw bar.

About 1/2 litre of water throught the day.

Tuscan "chicken" risotto (Lundberg Tuscan risotto, with some Yves ground "chicken" mixed it).
Mixed organic greens with organic walnuts and Santa Fe dressing.
Roasted herb carrots.
Roasted herb & garlic organic orange & red peppers.
2 glasses of water.

1 bowl Skinny Stix.

1 cup organic peppermint tea.
1 chocolate truffle.

Tinned spaghetti on toast with 10 mushrooms and ketchup

LUNCH:

Two naked bars - one cheery and the other chocolate

DINNER:

Went to a gig yesterday so had to eat where the omnis wanted so we went to Nandos. They ate dead chicken and I ate:

Veggie burger in a pitta bread with medium spice, side salad and some chips!

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with an organic banana, a satsuma and some pistachio nuts
Lunch: 1 wholemeal pitta bread stuffed with pease pudding, tomato chutney and lettuce, a mug of innocent detox superfood smoothie and some more pistachio nuts
For dinner we are having stir fry with rice and maybe mock duck? Is this ok to serve with mock duck? and some strawberry veggie jelly (Ahmed brand) made with a pear, an apple and a tin of citrus fruits, topped with Alpro vanilla custard for pudding.

What brand of tinned spaghetti is vegan Emzy? I didn't know that you could get anything vegan at Nandos either, not that I plan on going there.:D

I don't know if there is something wrong with my tastebuds or my cooking but everything I'm making tastes disgusting lately.:(

I just made potato and carrot soup with flaxseeds and I could barely finish it. Yesterday it was a salad that was horrible, how can I be making soup and salad taste so bad?:o:p I've also had toast and yeast extract, a bread roll and a packet of crisps.

went grocery shopping today, so more veggies to come again!

All this cake and muffin baking are bad for me... I had apple pie for breakfast today!

Then went on with some dates (saying I don't have a sweet tooth, I know...), then finished leftover French lentil soup.

Back to soup tonight with another v-con classic, the chickpea noodle soup.

But hey, I chopped and washed all the veggies for next week and put them neatly into the fridge.

same dinner as yesterday as it was sooo good and I had parsnips left over

Crumpets and a clementine for breakfast,
Pretty massive lettuce/onions/peppers/gherkins sandwich for lunch, and some crisps later on.
And some pasta for tea. Though, the sauce despite claiming to be microwaveable, caused a mini explosion. Nice.

How do you live!?
Seems they're a UK thing only, cause you can't get (real) ones anywhere else from what I've heard - which is a travesty.

Actually, saying that, I swear I've seen recipes floating about the 'net...homemade crumpets?
