You've must have been peeing like crazy after this! :D
Hehe, I'm always peeing like crazy. I drink 3-5L of water on a daily basis, plus herbal tea, and one or two cups of coffee every morning...Then there's the water I get from all my fruits, veggies, oatmeal, etc.... School can be horrible when I'm writing a test or sitting through a lecture having to pee, lol.
B: 1/3c oats, 1tsp flax seeds, 1tbsp rice protein cooked with 1c water (which was too much...it turned out all thin and watery and gross). 1/4c blueberries, 1/4c strawberries. Cup of coffee with soymilk.
S: Apple, 8oz soymilk.
L: Half a whole-wheat pita with a little hummus, and over-stuffed with grape tomatoes, chopped mushrooms and sliced cucumber.
S: 1/3c soya seeds.
D: 1/2c black beans, 1c zucchini, 1c cauliflower (before steaming), slice of whole wheat toast with hemp seed butter.
I wish I didn't rely so heavily on soy. I try to keep it varied, but it's difficult - especially since my mom is going away for a month so I stocked up on mock "meats" and soymilk . Nut buttahs, nuts, rice protein (*expensive*) and beans need to be present in my diet more often. I'm moderately active/trying to build a little bit more muscle.

@ cup-o-tea - must make your bag heavy to be carrying around so many litres of water at school!;)

haha, it does.
Mondays I get a 2-hour break after a 2-hour class, so I bring my 600mL bottle to my first class, then I go to my car and drink my 2nd 600mL bottle over my lunch break, then bring my 1L bottle from my car to my last two classes (3 hours total). I usually get thirsty on the way home. I need a 4th bottle! Argh.
Wednesdays I have 5 hours of class with no breaks, so I bring a 600mL and a 1L...
Fridays I have 4 hours with no breaks, and I usually bring a 600mL and 1L.
It can be heavy with all my books and everything, but I manage fine :)

Sounds like a pretty healthy day to me, Skylark. Most of the food you're eating sounds like it would be quite low calorie density, so you have to eat a larger volume of food than you may be used to in order to get enough calories.
