today:

snack:
-chips
dinner:
-bowl of brown rice w/ v. butter and soy sauce
-baked potato

- Weetbix w/ banana & soy milk. OJ.
- Buckwheat noodles in miso broth w/ broccoli, baby corn, mushrooms & bok choy. almonds & figs. coke.
- apple

- chocolate biscuit

Yesterday:

S- Hot water + lemon drink
B- 2 organic weetabix with added raisins, sunflower + pumpkin seeds with soy milk
S- Cup of black coffee
L- @ 'Wild Oats'- a vegetarian cafe in Skipton :D- biggg wholemeal bread bap filled with hummus, roasted peppers + mix salad leaves. With a mini side salad of chopped red cabbage, beetroots + red kidney beans.
S- Peppermint tea
S- Black coffee
D- 'Mushroom rice' with steamed brussel sprouts, carrots + broccoli.
And chopped tomatoes with boiled artichoke hearts, baby corn on the cobs + mushrooms

Breakfast:
- 1 slice of whole grain oat bread with cinnamon raisin PB
-Smoothie: soymilk, strawberries, a chunk of banana

Lunch:
-Whole wheat spagetti topped with TVP and organic tomato sauce
-Salad
-Medjool dates

Snack:
-Bowl of kashi Heart to Heart with Blueberries cereal with soymilk
-plum

Dinner: with a friend at my new fav. restaraunt:
-Salad
-1 Cucumber sushi roll (I was not that hungry, but I wished I ordered a second after I ate the first)

Snack:
-Grilled tempeh
-popcorn with EB

soya yogurt, pear, peach + oats

salad (radicchio, tomatoes, yellow pepper, cucumber, celery)
pumpkin seed bread + artichoke spread

glass of grapefruit juice
apple
2 chocolate biscuits

mashed swede + carrots
baked potato + soya yogurt with herbs

Thank you! :) I often think it's always the same, and everybody else seems be be eating a far greater variety of food.

Orange juice, brazil nuts, an apple.

Butternut squash and leek soup, big hunk of wholemeal bread. Big piece of fruit cake.

Half a slice of apricot and date flapjack/cake.

One and a half "Beanie" burgers with salad (lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, sprouted mixed beans, tomatoes, beetroot and sweetcorn) and couscous and peas.

Edit... I also ate two pieces of homemade date/oat slice/cake after I posted the above.

Does the roll include just one piece or several pieces?

The roll was cut into 6 pieces. I liked it a lot though and wished I ordered two. :)

No breakfast
No lunch as such, as I went out and my friend wanted to eat somewhere where there was little I could eat.
Snack - Some dried mango
Dinner - Potatoes
Supper - A bit of toast

B: cereal with walnuts and vanilla soy milk, an apple

D: scrambled tofu with peppers, onions, brocoli, mushrooms and salsa on a bagel

I'll probably have an apple later tonight.

Breakfast:
-Oatmeal and multigrain hot cereal (mixed) with soymilk and brown sugar
-Most of a plum

Lunch:
-Whole wheat pita with Tofurkey and tomato
-Raw broccoli and baby carrots
-Lemon soy yogurt

Snack:
-Milkshake made with chocolate soy ice cream and soymilk

Dinner:
-Peanut Thai noodle bowl thing
-Baby carrots
-Apple

Dessert:
-Chocolate Brownie Z-Bar

b- amy's breakfast (vegan) burrito and some coffee and strawberries
s- banana
s#2-cliff bar

lunch- black bean soup

s- some whole wheat, organic bread
dinner - some more bread and an apple

and lots of water

not the most balanced day but not too terribly bad

I wasn't very hungry today:

2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.

1/2 organic banana.

1 vegemite sandwich on wholewheat bread.

1 cup of Ecinacea tea.

1 mug of Tuscan bean & sweet basil soup.

1 Medjool date.

today was my cheat day so i ate crappy foods:

dinner:
-3 veggie burgers, fries, onion rings, diet pop
snacks:
-chips
-brown rice
-organic cereal

going out for dinner. don't know where or what I will eat. I feel like tacos.

I know! I have some in the pantry too and I am hungry now, but I have to wait another whole hour and then we are going out!!! I know I won't get to have tacos!

My eating hasn't been very healthy lately. :o I doubt it will be for a month or so, when we might finally not be too poor for food. lol

Huh? What's wrong with soya yoghurt? It tastes fine. Which kind did you try?
Alpro seems to be the most popular with omnis, have you tried that yet?

yesterday...

breakfast: graham cereal w/ ground flax & almond milk

snack: red grapes, lime silk yogurt, coffee w/ silk creamer

lunch: curried brown rice salad, roasted brussels sprouts

snack: apple

dinner: took the boyfriend on a picnic! cucumber, carrot, and red pepper w/ hummus, cauliflower and potato soup, roasted garlic foccacia, pumpkin raisin cookies, and red wine

watching a movie afterwards: bbq kettle chips and way too much more red wine

earl grey tea
toast & marmite, grapefruit juice
fruit leather

later...sausage casserole & saute pots

some treat later too.....

millet porridge with banana slices, dried apricots + dates

bowl of broccoli soup
pumpkin seed bread + pure spread
pear

green tea mixed with pineapple juice
soya yogurt, apple, walnuts + cinnamon

dinner will be wholewheat pasta with shallots + butternut squash
and a green salad, I think
