Brixton is SHITE for vegetarians let alone vegans, unless you guys know different?
There used to be a baked potato shop near the tube station, on the same side of the road. Not sure if it is still there.

Breakfast:
Raisin spice oatmeal
1 kiwi, sliced mango
1/2 WW toast
Orange juice

Lunch:
1 banana
WW flatbread panini with red peppers, roasted red peppers, red onions and 1/2 TBS. of FF ginger/garlic dressing
Naked juice

Dinner:
Yukon Gold potatoes-sliced & baked in oven w/ BBQ sauce
WW pesto

- 2 slices of toast w/ orange marmalade. Green tea.
- Bottle of V energy drink
- Mushroom pie w/ ketchup
- Split pea & vegetable soup w/ bread

I had the shittiest day today, after eating really healthily for the past week.

Today:

1/2 glass water.
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
Cheesy scrambled tofu on a breadroll.

1 Smart Monkey raw carob bar.

2 organic kiwi fruit.

A few plain tortilla chips.

Almost a litre of water throughout the day.

2 "hot dogs" - wholewheat pita bread, Tofurky hot dog sausages, mustard, ketchup, relish, fried onions.

A bowl of Skinny Stix.

4 squares of dark spicy chocolate.

Breakfast:

Half a mango, a kiwi and a bananna in plain soya yoghurt

LUNCH:

Spinach leaves, grated carrots, nuts, tofu cubes, red onion, garlic in a seseme oil dressing

SNACK:

Half a pack of unsalted cashews

DINNER:

Wholemeal pasta in a french dressing with pine nuts, courgettes, fresh tomatoes and some fresh parsley to garnish!

hey! yeah brixton is pretty bad, but there are a couple of places. On atlantic road (at the junction at Coldharbour Lane) there is Brixton Wholefoods. Also around that point on that road is a little sengalese vegan place which replaced Zionly Manna. I've never been to either, only walked past, so i can't vouch for them. But they're there for future reference.

B- Cocoa Brownie Trek Bar, Banana
L- Tomato and red pepper soup with a multi grain bagel & pure
Salad (tomato, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, celery, pepper)
S- Apple, instant oatmeal with almond milk
D- Butternut squash, carrot and lentil stew with spinach
S- Apple, peach/pear soy youghurt

Water, Tea with rice milk x1

Okay, I just went to the pics of good vegan food thread...I need to wipe the drool off my keyboard. Jambox, you are the most amazing cook in the world...man, I wish I had the motivation to cook like you!

on the go in between lectures:
sandwich (wholewheat bread, mango chutney + lettuce)
2 bananas
salt & vinegar rice cakes

dinner:
pasta with cauliflower, raisins, pine nuts + saffron

I felt sick for a good part of the day, no idea why.
Probably due to the thought of having to run errands in the city all dressed and make-up'd. Bleh.

so:
2 slices apple pie :)
1/2 pineapple
a bowl of Japanese curry with mushrooms and carrots + rice

No no no, your not eating too much, I just literally have no time to eat during the day. Your days always look so healthy!!

-- 1/3c quinoa flakes
-- small banana
-- 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
-- 2 oz. rice milk

Snack:
-- mug of Yogi Echinacea Tea
-- mug of Tazo Zen Tea

Lunch:
-- stirfry (12 slices of tomato, 8 slices of mushroom, 4 small broccoli florets, 12 spoonfuls of mung bean sprouts, 12 spoonfuls of edamame, 16 slices of carrot, 8 slices of water chestnut)
-- 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp mango chili as the sauce
-- hehe can you tell I'm counting everything in fours today?

Dinner:
-- other half of stirfry from lunch

Breakfast: Baked potato with soy sour cream, Soy butter and chives. (Leftovers from last night)
Lunch: Veggie sausage and vegetable soup
Snack: Raw cabbage leaf with artichoke bruchetta stuffing, A cup of esspresso with soy milk.
Dinner: Cabbage, Corn, Veggie sausage.

I'll probably have another cup of espresso with soy milk later on tonight.

African spice rooibos tea.
Two slices of white toast with margarine. Half a tin of Heinz multigrain spaghetti. Ketchup.
Cranberry and raspberry juice drink with Floradix.
One lychee.
Mushroom, courgette, onion and red kidney bean chili. Steamed carrots and broccoli.
More chili in a tortilla wrap.
Two cups of Chamomile and limeflower tea.
Piece of cranberry fudge.
Two slices of multigrain toast with margarine, tinned multigrain spaghetti, raw tomato, nutritional yeast and hemp seeds.
One banana.

breakfast: nutz over chocolate luna bar, banana

lunch: faux-logna, uncheese & mustard sandwich on whole wheat, carrot salad w/ herb & lime dressing over romaine, broccoli florets w/ tahini dip, crispy peaches (dehydrated peach chips), diet dr. pepper

snack: came home starving and ate a whole sleeve (!) of wheat crackers and two dried apricots

dinner: steamed brussel sprouts, broccoli, baby carrots & zucchini w/ eb, almond parmesan & steak seasoning

before bed: diet partner tea

That's about it I believe
