Oh no! That would be miserable. Hopefully you recovered well afterwards.

Nope, I've been eating with spoons and drinking things straw-less.
Going to lose my patience soon. I wanted to go for a walk but it's absolutely freezing out, unlike yesterday's mild weather.

Oh no, all of you stop it with the wisdom teeth horror stories! I was meant to have mine out a few years ago but have been putting it off. Not sure I will manage to put it off forever though, they are troublesome little buggers! I certainly don't fancy the drugs let alone any complications.

Today I ate:-
a banana
a black coffee with caramel syrup
a large salad with a few tofu pieces (with balsamic and Udo oil dressing)
8 cherry tomatoes
a few almonds
a large cup of chai tea
a small chocolate cookie
mash with chives and mayo, some marinated tofu pieces and spinach
a glass of alcohol-free fizzy 'wine'
some soy coated seeds

eta dark cherry sorbet

breakfast: weetabix flakes & fiber w/ almond milk, banana

lunch: faux-logna, uncheese & mustard sandwich on wheat, broccoli polenta, veggies w/ tahini dip, dried apple & pineapple, grapes, diet pepsi

snack: orange, dry cheerios

dinner: stir-fry (onion, garlic, ginger, broccoli, zucchini, squash, baby bok choy, cashews) over brown rice

before bed: diet partner tea

I was a piggy today...

Breakfast:
-- 1/2c quinoa flakes
-- medium banana
-- 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
-- 2 oz rice milk

Lunch:
-- lara bar
-- "athletes mix" - 2 oz (coconut, date, pineapple, peanut, cashew)
-- yogi echinacea tea

Dinner:
-- 1c lentils
-- 1.5c mixed veggies (carrot, broccoli, snap peas, baby corn)
-- one plum tomato
-- about 10 slices button mushrooms
-- grapefruit

Snacks:
-- shitload (?) of hummus
-- banana
-- 1/3c quinoa flakes
-- 2 spoonfuls brown sugar
-- 12 oz. soy milk

I did manage to get some food eventually :rolleyes:.

Two cups of rooibos tea.
Passion fruit juice drink with Floradix.
Two nut cutlets. Boiled potatoes with margarine. Salad leaves with dressing.
40g Green & Black's mint chocolate.

I had a carb fest:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces cinnamon raisin toast with Soy Garden spread.

1 Wholewheat pita stuffed with organic avocado, organic tomato, Yves veggie bacon & ketchup.

1 bowl Skinny Stix.

2 pieces wholewheat toast with chocolate peanut butter & mashed organic banana.

A few oven-baked potato wedges with ketchup.

6 lemon poppyseed cookies.

Lots and lots of glasses of water during the day.

Did someone say PMS?

BREAKFAST:

Porridge with blueberries and strawberries - made with unsweetened soya milk.

LUNCH:

Spicey bean burger in a loaded bun (wholemeal bun, avocado, raw red onion, alfala sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce and bbq sauce) with a huge new potatoe salad ( added chives and spring onions)

SNACK:

Two slices of vegan french toast with strawberry jam

DINNER:

Frys chicken patty, wholemeal rice, red lentils, crispy curly kale, steamed brocolli and lots of soy sauce

after a month of eating very badly - sandwiches on the go and rice at home - i finally went shopping, and also invested in vegan with a vengence, and so have been eating properly again :)

yesterday i had:

porridge with hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and flaked almonds

leftover vwav sweetcorn chowder

two pieces of barley and sunflower seed toast

vwav tofu and potato stew (highly recommend this one, super tasty!)

feeling better already - yay for energy and vitamins!

I felt like I might have been getting a cold earlier so I have been eating all the fruit and vegetables in the house today

Cup of tea and toast

2 bananas and 2 oranges
Packet of crisps

Homemade yellow pepper, carrot and lentil soup with bread

Loadsa water and green tea

I'm having a sausage and tomato casserole with beans, peas and sweetcorn for dinner then a fruit salad with some vanilla ice cream

Wisdom teeth are still healing...Slowly getting less painful.

B: Oatmeal with almond milk, squashed raspberries. Coffee with almond milk.

S: Almond tofu dessert thing

L: Grilled VTTC (vegan turkey tomato cheese - yves veggie turkey, tomato slices, vegan cheese slice) on 2 slices whole wheat bread with Earth Balance. Steamed zucchini and cauliflower on the side. It literally took me 47 minutes to eat, but with it being my first sandwich since September, it was beautiful. Afterwards, a cup of Madagascar Vanilla Red Tea with 2 little cookies.

S: Applesauce.

D: Black Bean Vegetable Soup with 2 rye crackers.

B'fast. Black organic coffee and PB on granary toast.

Lunch. Avocado n chilli bean wrap. Cup of charlie.

Dinner. Veggie n tofu balti with wholegrain rice followed by bananna yogurt.

Supper. Not sure yet!

Okay, back to normal:

Breakfast:
-- 1/3c quinoa flakes
-- small banana
-- 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
-- 2 oz. fortified soy milk

Afternoon meal:
-- stirfry:
-- 8 slices tomato
-- 8 slices carrot
-- 8 slices mushroom
-- 8 slices squash
-- 8 slices waterchesnut
-- 8 snow peas
-- 1c edamame
-- 1/2c swiss chard
-- 4 tbsp mung bean sprouts
-- about 1-1/5 tbsp sesame oil
(still stuck on the 8 s today!)

Snack:
-- mango

Snack 2:
-- organic gala apple
-- 3 tbsp peanut butter
(I've been so starving this week:eek:)

Salad (celery, cucumber, tomato, pepper, carrot)
S- Apple, instant oatmeal with rice/almond milk
D- Lentil and vegetable potage (lentils, mushrooms, carrot, courgette)
Wholemeal pita
S- Apple, peach/pear soy yoghurt

Water, tea with rice milk x1

Today

B- Cocoa Loco Nakd Bar, banana
S- Apple pie Larabar (a lot of my food seems to come in bar form hehe)
L- Houmous, carrot, rocket and alfafa sandwich
Grapes and carrot sticks
S- Another Houmous, carrot, rocket and alfafa sandwich (SO addictive)
D- Two kumara potatoes with pinto beans, mushrooms and pepper in a tomato sauce, spinach

Water, tea with rice milk x1

Get well soon COT and Bryzee - I can't imagine the pain of having wisdom teeth out. I'm so scared of the dentist I'd faint before I even sat in the chair...:eek:

veggie burger on a wheat bun with avocado slices, pickles, garlic, and ketchup
steamed cauliflower with tahini sauce
slice of vegan mocha cheesecake (my boyfriend and i made this...delicious:)
handful of cashews

Veggie burger on a bun with hot peppers and ketchup

100-calorie pack of Oreos

#4:
Two plates of salad (mesclun mix, broccoli sprouts, tomatoes, snap peas, olive oil, lemon juice, mint) eaten with WW crackers
Glass of fruit punch

#5:
1 banana, a few grapes
1 fudgey cookie
Cup of almond milk

I feel like some coffee now, actually, even though it's getting late.

snack: mini pretzels

lunch: wheat crackers topped w/ faux-logna & uncheese, veggies w/ roasted pepper hummus, iced green tea

snack: grapes

dinner: lentil veggie alphabet tomato soup

before bed: sleepy time tea

Two slices of multi-grain toast with margarine, tinned spaghetti, raw tomato and nutritional yeast.
Ginger and lemon tea.
Liquorice tea.
Spinach, onion and garlic fried in vegetable oil then sprinkled with hemp seeds, nutritional yeast and lemon juice. Baked beans.
Passion fruit juice drink with Floradix.
Nut cutlet. Baked beans.
Banana. Clementine. Four squares of dark chocolate. Rooibos tea.
