I had a really big breakfast: a banana, veggie sausage sandwich with ketchup, 2 pieces of toast with pure, some frys veggie things (not sure what they are called, they were nice though.)
Then nothing for ages so I was really hungry so I had a small portion of chip shop chips, packet of crisps and a few crackers.
Having a bottle of white wine now and will be having something vaguely healthy later. Probably mashed potatoes with soya cream and a big salad.

Just had some wedges and a bean burger for my dinner. Crikey I've been so unhealthy today :o
And as for drinkola, I've been mainly basing my diet around cider and red wine. But I did drink quite a lot of lemonade this morning.

Since my mouth is feeling a bit better, and yesterday I ate too much cool hemp ice cream and peanut butter, today is super duper healthy. Plus I have two tests at school today, so good health (including Omega-3s!) are in order. Tomorrow on the other hand, I'm certainly celebrating mardi gras with some wonderful pancakes...
Anyways, time to get back to normal eating patterns to get my metabolism back on track.

S: Half a Clif bar.
L: Leftover vegetable lentil soup from the other day.
S: Other half of Clif bar.
D: 1/3 smoothie, romaine lettuce, mashed peas, mashed sweet potato and veggie 'chicken' burger, sans bun.
Frozen fruit (3 blackberries, one strawberry and one banana chunck) and a few walnut halves for dessert.
