Cup O' Tea, what are Banana spring rolls??? They sound fantastic! I'm going to St. Catherine's for a wedding in August, I'll have to remember to try some.
Yesterday:
Breakfast: whole wheat bagel with tofutti cream cheese
Snack: fresh pineapple and a banana
Lunch: leftover green curry (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pineapple and red pepper)
Snack: vegan chocolate cake - it was my colleague's birthday and another colleague bought a vegan cake from a kosher bakery just so I could have some! It was very nice of her but the cake was baaaaaad :( . There were leftovers that no one took. When I bake cake for colleagues' birthdays, it's all gone within an hour (thank you Sarah Kramer)! I'll volunteer for the next birthday :D
Supper: spaghetti and walnut "meatballs"
Dessert: snickerdoodle cookies :D

Cup O' Tea, what are Banana spring rolls??? They sound fantastic! I'm going to St. Catherine's for a wedding in August, I'll have to remember to try some.
They're small spring rolls (think the size of your middle finger) stuffed with banana and deep-fried. The menu online says the outer wrap is made with coconut, but I don't think so - I think it was the same wrapping used for the vegetable spring rolls.
Anyways, my meal was delicious! I highly reccommend Spicy Thai for any vegan in St. Catharines. There aren't many restaurants around that have a good selection of vegetarian options, let alone vegan - but this one tops them all. Especially if you like spicy food! They have milder options too.

My diet seriously sucks! Plus exercise?!?! No way...not unless a tonne of walking counts!!
Breakfast
BananaLunch
Mango
Mixed Melon
Cookies (lol)Dinner
Stir Fry (Brown Rice, Organic Quinoa, Organic Broccoli, Organic Mushrooms, Gluten Free Soya Sauce, Pepper) Snack
Organic Carrot and Houmous x 2I am always too lazy to make anything but stir fry.
I want to try and get at least 5 a day, and 2 legume type things...and seeds/nuts. Plus calcium type products. lol
That's not bad at all! I would just try to concentrate on getting more protein, and more grain products. Try for, at every meal: A protein source, a grain source and a fruit or veg.
Yes, walking counts! It doesn't get your heart rate up in most cases, like running or biking would, but walking is a good form of exercise!

Absolutely impossible to know without knowing exact portion sizes, and ingredients of each thing, unfortunately.
