Absolutely impossible to know without knowing exact portion sizes, and ingredients of each thing, unfortunately.

ok ill give more info!
2 handfuls of fruit n fibre (i'd say a medium bowl) with probs about 150ml soya milk
medium size bowl of soup (with about 20g lentils) and tom and onion and celery. i think the roll is about 150kcal. with smear of pure marg (probs about 8g).
carrot cake (fairly small slice. prob as thick as two human fingers!)
erm crepes as big as a small frying pan.
standard size bean burger
large green salad
just hot water and 4g cocoa powder.
that should help! i have no idea about calories otherwise id work it out myself!
thanks to whoever can take the trouble to work this out (roughly)!

Two sticks of celery dipped in red pepper hummus. One slice of wholemeal toast spread with red pepper hummus.
One bowl of lentil and tomato soup. One slice of wholemeal toast with margarine.
One baked potato topped with chickpea, mushroom, onion and red pepper stew. Steamed carrots and broccoli.

I just put the oats, chopped dates, peanut butter and orange juice in a bowl and mixed them all together. I didn't measure anything out, just played around with the ratios adding a little more of this and that until I was happy with the consistency of the mixture. Then I formed the mixture into balls and rolled each one is some more oats.

Yesterday:
Two oat, peanut butter, date and orange juice snack balls.
Two small bananas.
One bowl of vegetable soup - onion, garlic, curry powder, organic boullion powder, borlotti beans, sweetcorn, carrots and broccoli.
One piece of cranberry fudge.
Red pepper hummus and lettuce sandwich on wholemeal bread.
One cup of rooibos chocolate chai tea - African spice rooibos tea, peanut butter, agave nectar.
Several cups of Rooibos tea throughout the day

Just a dinner consisting of a bowl of faux chicken salsa soup and a hummus pita with cabbage, tomato, cucumber & onions. That's pretty much all I eat daily from Monday-Thursday.
Weekends are quite the different story, though. Tomorrow I'm going to have some tofu stir fry, a mango & orange smoothie and some of the awesome vegan brownies I made and froze last weekend. I can't wait!

-Oatmeal with blueberries and soymilk. Two cups of coffee with soymilk.

-Amy's Black Bean & rice burrito. 1/2 cup grape tomatoes.

-Toasted Nuts 'n' cranberry Luna Bar. 1/2 cup baby carrots.

-Salad: 1 cup romaine, 1/2 navel orange, 1/4 bell pepper, 1/4 c cucumber, 1/2 c chickpeas, 1 tsp flax seeds.

Trying to eat right again. As in...not bingeing at night and refusing to post everything I actually ate ...Oh well. I'm broke and there's not much unhealthy in my house now for bingeing on, so I'll be fine. Getting back to exercising today, too! At least 30 minutes per day. I want to look good for Valentine's Day, and Florida (going in 17 days). I don't need to lose weight at all, just tone up and get much better eating patterns like I had before Christmas.

Breakfast: homemade granola with rice milk

Lunch: thai noodle stir fry: brown rice noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, red peppers, and the seasoning packet from a box of Thai Kitchen noodles.

Snack: homemade apple crumble, mmmm
