breakfast:
coffee + rice milk
porridge, apple + dates

out walking all day - my lunchbox contained:
2 wholemeal rolls with yeast extract + tomato
banana, apple
4 squares of chocolate

now I've just had:
spring rolls (made by a Chinese friend of mine)
stir-fry (cabbage, carrot, water chestnuts, bean sprouts)

Oatmeal with flax seeds and blueberries. 2 cups of coffee with soymilk. 1 banana.

-Handful of raw oats
-"Chicken" Cacciatoire
Rice, yves veggie 'chicken', lots and lots of tomato sauce, mushrooms and yellow bell pepper strips.
-Two granola bars, a few dates, a bit of chickpeas and some tortilla chips.

English breakfast tea with soymilk and a bit of sugar.

An apple.

pasta with tomato-mushroom sauce

zucchini with olive oil, chili and lemon juice
tomato salad
green olives
Turkish pickled chillis

2 pear muffins

Witchy, you always make me laugh :D

Today:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 bowl Vanilla Almond Peace Cereal with vanilla soy milk.

About a dozen organic flax crackers with home made guacamole:
organic avocado, organic diced tomato, habenero sauce, salt & pepper.

Scrambled tofu with organic veg (red,onion, garlic, yellow pepper, carrot), tumeric, Italian herbs and ketchup.
1/2 cup organic baked beans.
2 pieces organic spelt bread, toasted with Soy Garden spread.
1 glass organic mango nectar.

1 cup chocolate chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
4 small organic chocolate cookies.

About to have some Skinny Stix and watch TV :)

Yesterday:
One oat, peanut butter, chopped date and orange juice snack ball.
Two slices of wholemeal toast with hummus. One clementine.
Pint of Strongbow.
Roast potatoes, broccoli, grilled tomatoes and asparagus.
Fruit salad - lychees, strawberries, orange and melon.

Multi-seed bagel with pure
Salad (celery, pepper, cucumber, cherry toms, carrot)
S- Apple, Alpro Toffee Soya Dessert
D- Bulghur wheat with lentil & apricot sauce
Cabbage with nutritional yeast
S- Grapes, Alpro Dark Chocolate Soya Dessert

Water, tea with almond milk x2

Sooooo stuffed....

B: Whole Wheat bagel, 1 tbsp organic peanut butter, 1 cup cantoloupe chunks. Glass of iced green tea and 1 coffee w/2 tbsps almond milk.

S: Apple.

L: Leftover 'chicken' cacciatoire (brown rice, yves veggie chicken, yellow peppers, sliced mushrooms and tomato sauce) + 3 dates and 15 soaked baby carrots. Mango Peach white tea.

S: Banana. Rice protein shake.

D: 5 petite gourmet mushrooms, 5 baby carrots, 5 pieces of celery, 5 slices of cucumber, 1 sliced tomato, 5 thin rye crackers, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 2 tbsps hummus. Glass of iced green tea.

About 154oz. water.
Got a cold :(.

Yesterday was a crazy eating day!:(

B: not hungry
L: clif bar, venti starbucks coffee
D: 2c baby arugala leaves, 1c kidney beans, 2 tbsp salsa
S: trail mix - brazil nuts, raisins, dried cranberries, peanuts
at the bar: about 12 beers ...:eek: geez I don't think I've ever drank that much beer! And I don't even care for beer all that much. But at least I don't have a hang over.

bread and marmite, bread and marmalade (going a bit mad on marmalade since I have discovered how to make it...half way through a batch of lime marmalade at the moment)

This is the third time we have been invited out and I get to eat a bowl of ratatouille...

breakfast: leftover pasta salad, pb & banana sandwich on wheat, oj, campfire coffee w/ a bit of crown royal

lunch: trail mix & snack mix on the way home

dinner: lentil/veggie/alphabet/tomato stew, 2/3 container toffuti vanilla ice cream, sleepytime tea

L: quinoa flakes + 10-grain hot cereal mixed in water + 1 small banana + 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
S: luna bar + venti starbucks coffee
D: amy's spicy bean burrito + 1 bag "natural" popcorn
S: 3 grapefruit + 1 medium banana

Today:

2 pieces organic spelt bread, toasted with Soy Garden spread.
1/2 cup organic baked beans.

1 organic banana.

A few organic flax crackers with little cubes of Sheese on top.
1 cup chocolate chai tea with vanilla soy milk.

Organic salad: mixed leaves, onion sprouts, tomato, cucumber, avocado, carrot, Santa Fe dressing, cubes of marinated & fried tofu.
A few oven baked potato wedges with ketchup.
1 glass organic mango nectar.

Later I'll have another cup of chocolate chai with vanilla soy and probably a few cookies.

DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY:

BREAKFAST:

Two banannas and 5 strawberries

LUNCH:

Whole can of black eye peas, sundried tomatoes, onions, mushroom and courgette in pesto with a large green leafy salad.

SNACK:

Few grapes

DINNER:

Two frys hotdogs in a wholemeal roll with lots of chunkey salsa and a about four large tablespoons of homemade veggie chilli on top.

Then I got dragged to a gay bar and got absolutely trashed - so not me scene but I saw people I knew who I didn't know were gay which was funny!

HUNGOVER BREAKFAST:

A large bowl of shreddedwheat with a whole chopped bananna, agave nectar and rice milk.

LUNCH:

Split pea stew - Yellow split peas, leeks, cabbage, potatoes, veg stock, curry powder, dumplings.

DINNER:

Mango, bananna, papaya and rice milk smoothie

*ooh* Key Lime Pie Larabar's are my favourite flavour. They're not as citrus-sour as you'd expect - the predeominant flavour is actually coconut.

Yesterday-
B- Two oatibix with almond milk & banana
L- Tomato & Basil Soup
Multi-seed hi-bran bagel w/pure
Huuuge salad (courgette, baby corn, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, pepper, celery)
S- Apple, Alpro Dark Choc Soy Dessert
D- Two peppers stuffed with quinoa, pinto beans, sweetcorn, tomato & coriander, watercress.
S- One Weetabix with almond milk

I have been buying a lot more organic food in the last week and it tastes so much better, especially the fruit and the bread.:) I think I'm going to stick with it even though it is more expensive.

Today so far I have had:

2 pears and a banana
Wholemeal toast and pure
2 tortilla wraps with spinach, red pepper, cherry tomatoes and jalapeno peppers
Cashew nuts and a packet of crisps
Veggie bacon sandwich with tomato ketchup and BBQ sauce

I'm having a veggie and mushroom stir fry before I go out later

marmite on toast for brekkie

two small bowls of soup, one spicy parsnip and apple the other carrot and coriander, both made by my lovely other half :)

kale, butter bean, quinoa and marinaded tempeh salad with some mayola. tasty, and i have leftovers which are supposed to be for tomorrow...but i mkight eat them now :D
