Breakfast: Home-made granola with maple syrup and cinammon with rice milk
Lunch: 2 tortilla wraps with chickpea, tomato and red pepper filling, alpro soy strawberry yoghurt, banana, 2 plums
Snack: :o half a bag of tortilla chips :o
Dinner: Remains to be seen - we're having a meal out at a pub, so I called ahead on Saturday night to let them know I'm vegan. I await my bowl of lettuce with great enthusiasm :p

two small bowls of soup, one spicy parsnip and apple the other carrot and coriander, both made by my lovely other half :)
mmm those soups sound interesting!!

they were lovely - i was very proud of his vegan effort (even if he did say they would be nice with a dollop of creme fraiche on them ;)).
the parsnip one is a delia smith recipe so you might be able to find it somewhere on the net. but essentially is parsnips and turmeric then grate in an apple at the end. really good! and we have heaps left, but i'm not sure it mails too well ;)

Mmmm the soup looks really good! Although, it seems a little advanced for my schedule and cooking skills. Sending it to me wouldn't be a bad idea. :) If only I lived in Europe...
Today:
B: 1/3c quinoa flakes cooked in water + 1 medium banana + 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
L: venti fair trade organic brewed coffee, 2 luna bars (toasted nuts and cranberry) -- only vegan thing besides "athlete's mix" availabe between classes :(
D: 1.5c chickpeas + 2 tbsp medium salsa
S: planning on two grapefruit ;)
I'm eating a lot today and still not at maintanence intake. :confused:

B: Oatmeal and cantolope. 2 cups of coffee with almond milk.
S: Apple, rice protein shake.
L: Salad: Button mushrooms, romaine, tomato, purple onion, mixed beans, olive oil and vinegar.
S: Banana
D: Soy spaghetti with sauteed garlic mushrooms and snow peas, a slice of whole wheat toast with EB and some romaine. 1/2 tsp peanut butter, two dates, 3 celery sticks.

Porridge (1 packet oatmeal + 1 packet multigrain cereal + 1 cup soy milk + maple syrup cooked together--yum!)
#3:
Homemade hummus with crackers
Kick-ass salad (organic baby greens, tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrot, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper)
Bean stew (green broad beans cooked in a tomato sauce....this is came from a can and the label was full of different languages...tastes a lot like a Middle Eastern dish my mom makes)

Hazelnut-creme wafer cookies (4 or 5)

Two slices of toast, one with cherry jam the other with margarine.
Salad - salad leaves, avocado and cucumber with olive oil and vinegar dressing. Salt and vinegar kettle chips.
Two cans of Strongbow.

BREAKFAST:
Bowl of shredded wheat with rice milk and a bananna
LUNCH:
A whole red pepper, few mushrooms in a wholemeal tortilla wrap with tofutti garlic & herb spread, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoe and chic peas.
SNACK:
Two raw carotts dipped in tofutti
A bananna
DINNER:
Quinoa with steamed brocolli, cauliflour and kale covered in thick onion gravy.
Gooey chocolate cake - which was so yummy omfg!

L: Slice of toast with margarine, some chili beans, sweetcorn and olives from the salad bar at uni. Cup of tea
D: Chickpea and noodle soup from VCon. Was lovely. :)

Add to mine: Half a whole wheat bagel with PB, rice protein shake made with soymilk.
My muscles felt really tingly...it wasn't good. I had to eat something.

*ooh* Key Lime Pie Larabar's are my favourite flavour. They're not as citrus-sour as you'd expect - the predeominant flavour is actually coconut.

Yesterday:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic spelt bread, toasted, with Soy Garden Spread.
1/2 cup organic baked beans.
1 organic banana.
A few slices of tofu marinated in soy sauce, and lightly fried.
Organic salad: mixed leaves, onion sprouts, tomato, cucumber, avocado, Santa Fe dressing.
A few polenta chips on the side.
1 cup organic mango nectar.
1 cup chocolate chai tea.
12 squares of dark chocolate.
4 small organic chocolate cookies.

I love this thread, I'm getting so many great ideas for food!

Lunch: 2 tortilla wraps with the remainder of yesterday's chickpea, tomato and red pepper filling, banana, Alpro Soy strawberry yoghurt
Snack: Plum, kiwi (I like 'em!)
Dinner: 6 falafels, Nakd raw foods choc bar
I guess I'll have some supper too, probably my last bagel with tofutti french onion :D
Dinner yesterday at the pub was ok, I had vegan curry (no lettuce!) and it tasted nice.

S: 2 grande organic S. American coffees
L: large stirfry from work (spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, squash, green beans, edamame, peanuts) in sweet and sour sauce -- I think I'll try the mango chili one next time
D: 1 grapefruit + 1 mango

breakfast: weetabix flakes & fiber w/ soymilk, a tangerine, green tea
lunch: salad (leaf lettuce, cucumber, broccoli, shredded carrot, grape tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, chickpeas, vinaigrette), two breadrolls w/ marinara, 1 1/2 pb oatmeal cookies
snack: coke zero, trail mix
dinner: sesame tofu, brown rice, stir-fried green beans & nappa cabbage
before bed: two bites pb oatmeal cookie, diet partner tea
