cereal with soymilk (some natural type cheerios)
leftover chinese (brown rice, veggies, tofu)
couple sips of wine cooler
2 big bowls of PB capn crunch cereal with soymilk

BREAKFAST:

Four weetabix with rice milk

Pineapple and kiwi slices (work canteen)

LUNCH:

Wholemeal pasta with roasted butternut squash and pesto

Large side salad of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber

DINNER:

Red lentils, red cabbage and vegi deli chicken pieces in a balti sauce

The last slice of the gooey chocolate cake

Oatmeal (maple and brown sugar flavour)
Cup of coffee

#2:
Fresh fig
1 double chocolate cookie (from a vegan bakery in T.O!)
Soy latte with raw sugar

#3:
Toasted bagel with vegan cream cheese, tomato slices, and cucumber slices
A few bites of my boyfriend's lentil curry
A couple of poppadums (sp?)
Glass of orange juice
Fruit-filled cereal bar

#4:
Hummus and crackers
Leftover salad

#5:
Bowl of cereal with soy milk and tangerine pieces

It's 4am now and I can't sleep. I might eat something carb-a-licious to help me feel sleepy.

You have such a fantastic appetite! Jo can barely manage 2 weetabix, and i just about have 3!

yup, that's the one :) it's super tasty!

yesterday i had:

toast and kiwi jam for brekkie

cup o'tea

linda macartney pie and side salad for lunch (at my gran's...no cooking equipement so raided sainsbury's...not impressed with the pie. just gravy inside!)

carrot and coriander soup and kale, quinoa and tempeh salad leftovers as a sarnie :)

tofu scramble with stir fry veggies and extra mushrooms (soy sauces, garlic, mustard, hot sauce)
wg toast with earth balance
fruit leather
some mixed nuts
pinto bean cutlet on toasted bagel (vegenaise, deli mustard)

Barely manage two Weetabix? Hah, two are a snack to me :o (see below) Actually I feel really bad when people comment on my appetite (OMG, you can eat so much, etc.) I know I eat loads and often on the amounts I post I'm still hungry. Actually I feel pretty horrible about myself full stop, but I've had issues with food for a while...I'm sure you meant well bryzee but I'm just ultra sensitive about things that might make other people feel greedy/have issues with food...

B- Two oatibix with almond/oat milk & banana
L- Hummous, carrot, rocket & alfalfa sandwich
Carrot sticks, melon slices
S- Apple, instant oatmeal with rice milk
D- Country Vegetable Soup
One and a half jacket potatoes
Steamed spring greens, pepper, cucumber, cherry toms
S- Two weetabix with oat milk

Water, tea with oat milk x1

Breakfast: Homemade granola (maple syrup and cinammon) with rice milk

Lunch: 2 carrot sticks, 2 red pepper sticks, 4 yellow pepper sticks, 5 mini cherry tomatoes, 2 celery sticks, a bowl of antipasti with herb, garlic and chilli dressing, 1 bagel with Tofutti french onion (the very very last one :p ), 1 Alpro Soy strawberry yoghurt, 1 banana

Dinner: Don't know yet... maybe that Quinoa snack bar that's been sitting at the back of my cupboard for about a week now? Ooooh, and I've got a pack of Poppadums and a jar of lime pickle... that's me sorted then :D :D

PS Any "recipes" for antipasti gratefully received, the Sainsbury's one cost 3 and I'm sure homemade would taste better!

tortilla wrap with hummus, rocket, tomato + olives
2 carrots + hummus

brussels sprouts + buckwheat crust
4 squares of chili chocolate

Student life sucks:

B: 1/3c quinoa flakes cooked in water + 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
L: venti starbucks coffee
D: clif bar

No wonder I'm exhausted... and now I'm off for another four hours of studying and an exam. will be home around 8:30 pm...:(

I got a wicked cut when opening a can of lentils last night - nearly sliced off my pinky. Going overboard with protein today because I secretly think that will help my finger to heal >_<...and I'm falling back into dietary habits such as counting cals and carbs...

B: 1/3c Oatmeal, 2 veggie breakfast sausages, 1/2c broccoli, 1/2c cauliflower
2 cups of coffee with almond milk.

S: 1/6c soya seeds

L: 1 tbsp rice protein mixed with water (not too tasty), Salad: 1/2c cucumber, 1/2c diced tomato, 1/2c lentils, pepper and sea salt.

S: Blueberry Yoso soy Yogourt. (Daaaamn it's good! I just found it at the grocery store today!). Blueberry Green Tea.

D: I don't know, I'm going out with my dad for dinner. I want a nice soup, so hopefully he'll take me to Green Bean Cafe in St. Catharines.

tofu scramble with stir-fry veg, extra mushrooms and tater tots.
pinto bean patty (reciope for chickpea cutlet subbed canned pintos)
few crackers with hummus
coupla petite dill pickles
a plum
veggiewurst with mustard on sesame roll
half a head of cabbage, steamed added earth balance, vinegar, s&p
mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy

Yesterday
tofu salad with tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, and parsely in a whole wheat pita
1 cookies and cream cupcake (from VCTOTW)
miso soup
2 veggie sushi rolls
1 bagel with hummus
some cashew butter (plain...I am addicted)

Mmmmm, veggie sushi...now I have a craving!

Today:

Breakfast: homemade granola with strawberry soy yoghurt

Lunch: scrambled tofu (my first time making it, it was good!) with 2 slices of toast with earthbalance.

Snack: dark chocolate "pastilles"

Supper: carrot soup from "How it all Vegan" and a piece of pita bread.

Dessert: hot chocolate made with maple syrup instead of sugar.

I guess that's it... Weird though - I was always able to post in it. Only today it disappeared.

My dinner: Soba noodles with tofu, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, broccoli, mushrooms and soya sauce...

Then a matcha soy latte which was INCREDIBLE!

I noticed that too! I searched for it, cause I started it I thought I could find it...

breakfast: crispix w/ blueberries & soymilk, half a tangerine

snack: soy mocha

lunch: sesame tofu, brown rice, stir-fried green beans & nappa cabbage, half a tangerine, pb oatmeal cookie

snack: tings

dinner: cajun-style red beans & orzo, roasted brussel sprouts, two pb oatmeal cookies (I gotta finish these so I don't have any more!)

before bed: sleepytime tea

Huh...I was pretty sure that thread related to "food", the category it was in. Don't think I should have to pay to post in a thread I started. Harumph!

Hahahaha, that's why I don't make or buy PB oatmeal cookies. PB, oatmeal and cookies are my favourite foods!

Maybe you should just start a new Grocery Store thread :confused:
