thanks! so... you just fry all your stuff in oil? thinking about it, i don't think i've ever made a stirfry :o do you put noodles in it too?

yeah. Just a decent wok or stirfry pan, a sploosh of oil, chuck the veg in, give it a stir; a bit later chuck the nuts/tofu etc in, stir etc; then add noodles (if you want - the blue dragon ready to wok ones are vegan, or use your own pre-boiled ones, well-drained); then add your sauce, give a good few stirs whilst heating throad, and VOILA! STIR FRY-A-MUNDO!

Massive breakfast, because I was starving. The first half wouldn't fill me up.

B: 1/2 orange, rice protein shake, slice of toast. Then a few walnut halves, 2 slices yves cajun veggie chik'n, and half a pita with hummus. 2 cups of coffee with almond milk.

Later: Apple

Salad: mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, lentils

Tempeh with soya sauce and lots of veggies (snow peas, cauliflower, carrots, red onion, yellow pepper). Lettuce cups with more lentils.

Getting a little bored of my kitchen's contents! 9 more days until I go to Florida, and then when I get home I can do major grocery shopping :)
