B: oatmeal with banana, dates, walnuts and soymilk
S: apple
L: taco salad (refried beans + nutritional yeast, tons of veggies, salsa) and a blood orange
D: brazil nut-based veggie burger (tasted kind of like stuffing- yum!) on whole wheat bread with tomato and spinach. Half a cup of chili
S: amazing walnut chocolate chip zucchini bread :)

aww emzy- shoulda made'm bring u the food without the stupid mayo!

I really couldn't be arsed Ruby. I was so pissed of I had to eat a jacket potatoe that I was just happy when I had eaten the bits I could:(

BREAKFAST:

Bananna & Peach smoothie with some flaxseed oil

LUNCH:

A few cubes of cheddar style cheezly, two slices of cheatn beef cut into squares, a whole tomato, grated carrot and romaine lettuce.

DINNER:

Two seitan steaks with paprika and bqq sauce, green lentils, crispy kale and a whole sweet potatoe smoothered in garlic and herb spread.

(First time I've ever had seitan and didn't realise how much it would fill me up. Was so very stuffed after that omg! )

SNACKS THROUGHOUT DAY:

A packet of salt and vinagar crisps

2 apples

3 banannas

A few spoon fulls of cold baked beans out of the tin

Yesterday:

B - Homemade granola (maple syrup and cinammon) with soya milk

L - 2 rolls filled with red pepper hummous, diced red pepper, diced red onion, sprinkling of black pepper and a handful of alfalfa and broccoli sprouts; 1 tub filled with baby carrots, red pepper sticks, pomodorino tomatoes (yum); 1 Alpro Soy chocolate dessert

S - 2 kiwis

D - falafels and moroccan cous cous (too tired to do curry as planned)

Today:

Same, except for dinner will be toasted rolls with tofutti herb and garlic spread

2 oranges and three cups of green tea
4 slices of wholemeal toast with pure and yeast extract
Cauliflower with a mushroom and cream sauce - it was sooo nice:)
Packet of crisps

I don't know what to have for dinner yet maybe mash, veggies and gravy

Saturday

Two oatibix with almond milk & banana

Hummus sandwich
Salt & Vinegar soy crisps
Salad (cucumber, cherry toms, carrot, pepper, celery)

Apple
Alpro Dark Chocolate Soy Dessert

Pita Pizzas (2x wholemeal pita bread, fresh tomato sauce, roasted pepper, courgettes, carrots, mushrooms)
Steamed Cabbage

One weetabix with oat milk

Tea with oat milk x2

Sunday

Monday

Trying to eat more healthily and stop stuffing myself so much...

Porridge made with oat milk
Grapes and melon chunks

Lentil & Tomato Soup
Salt & Vinegar Soy Crisps

Chickpeas and roasted vegetables (carrot, mushroom, courgette, pepper) in a fresh tomato sauce

I had grapes and melon yesterday too :) It's really nice and refreshing....especially since it was a lovely day here yesterday. I felt all summery :D

Today:

Well, I took off work to recover from this cold/flu and I'm literally eating double the calories I normally do! :o I guess my appetite is back after not eating all weekend. Plus I get a lunchtime today, so here it goes:

B: quinoa flakes + ground flaxseeds + fourth of a medium banana

L: spiral wholewheat flax pasta w/ black beans, spinach, baby carrots, and salsa :confused:

S: orange, mango, yogi cold season tea, yerba mate tea

D: not sure yet! I may get something delivered since I'm not ready to go out in the snow with this cold/flu. I'll probably end up getting a falafel wrap with extra tomatoes, mustard, and baby spinach with the side fruit bowl.

I suppose I was really hungry today!! :rolleyes:

wow that is very healthy :)

Today was perhaps not so healthy:

breakfast-oat bakes, soya yog and grapes

lunch- tofu, pasta and sauce

dinner- i'm going out for a chinese (hopefully there will be something i can eat!)

snack- banana and frozen grapes and a free from cherry bakewell :D

I thought it was a rather unhealthy day - all that pasta, a wrap, AND quinoa flakes!! And not enough veggies at all!

Breakfast - Wheat biscuits with soya milk
Lunch - Two slices of toast with jam
Dinner - Chickpea, Potato, Tomato, Pepper and Onion bake 'thing' with Brocolli

Snacks - Orange and Apple.

mine as well, I love butternut squash! unfortunately that was probably the last one :( but then there are all the lovely summer vegetables to look forward to :)

Lots of food today! Haha.

Banana, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 kiwi, 1/2 navel orange.

About 1 cup of grapes and 5 almonds.

Gave in and had two cups of black coffee.

Salad of iceburg lettuce, tomato, a bit of cucumber, red onion and 1/2 avacado.

A few more grapes, munching on an asian pear but I'm starting to feel full.

Later I'll snack on carrots and celery if I'm hungry,

Dinner will be a salad of mushrooms, green pepper, red onion, olive oil and pepper.

Yummm. Feeling great.

Breakfast: half a whole grain bagel with coconut oil and strawberry spread

Snack: soy yoghurt with cranberry crunch cereal mixed in. Half a fresh pineapple

Lunch: stir fry with spicy almond sauce, served over brown rice

Snack: lots of dark chocolate :o

Supper: homemade battered fried tofu, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), and a multigrain bun with earthbalance

Dessert: hot chocolate made with almond milk

It was my day off, so I sat on my ass and didn't get hungry (or felt like cooking) until dinner, which isn't uncommon.

D: stirfry with frozen organic peas, corn, greenbeans, broccoli, cauliflower, bragg animos, salt, pepper, and spike.
2nd D: will have boiled potatoes with salt and pepper, and steamed zuccini
probably a lettuce & tomato on Ezekial too.

Was gonna have a grapefruit, but it's rotten because I forgot about it!

breakast: vanilla soy yogurt topped w/ diced mango, sliced banana & blueberries, vanilla apricot white tea

snack: was starving halfway to lunch, broke into the trail mix that was my afternoon snack

lunch: eggless salad, mixed greens, celery, carrot & green pepper strips, tamari sesame crackers, lemonade

snack: rest of the trail mix, strawberries

dinner: veggie burger on wheat roll w/ lettuce, ketchup, mustard & pickle, steamed broccoli, tings, ritter sport chocolate

before bed: diet partner tea

morning: wasn't hungry.
lunch: indian curry soup.
snack: chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
dinner: lasagna made with zuchinni/bell peppers/mushrooms with raw
marinara sauce.
snack: handful of caramel popcorn.

BREAKFAST:

Two wholemeal pancakes with grapes and strawberries

SNACK:

Green Apple

Bananna

LUNCH:

Can of Baxsters bean and pasta soup with some added cucumber and sweetcorn

SNACK:

Bananna

DINNER:

Chilli - Four Linda McCartney sausages cut up into chunks, split peas, three onions, whole clove of garlic, a whole green pepper, three chopped mushrooms in a chopped tomato sauce with added paprika and a tiny spoonful of chilli powder. This was eaten with romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes and a few corn chips!!!

(Btw do you think you can eat too much fruit?)
