I ate rubbish today - toast and jam for breakfast, crisps, seaweed nuts, fry's cream bar and nairn's fruity biscuits when I got in from shopping - am now eating a 'sausage' sandwich as son is having dinner at his dad's and I can't be bothered cooking for one (should I say making washing up for one! :D)

Great 'sausage' though - made by my own fair hands and eaten hot yesterday with roasties, veg, gravy and cranberry sauce - and great leftovers cold in sandwiches :)

easy peasy if you want to make it - packet (170g) sage & onion stuffing, hydrated with either soya mince or crumbled tofu, and 100g ground almonds, spread about 2cm thick and baked in a greased dish for 20mins at 200 degrees - yum :)

3 onigiri with sesame furikake

I know that some vegan online stores in Germany that are very strict about checking what's vegan and what's not sell it , so I assumed it was vegan ?_?

Mixed Berry Trek Bar
Banana

Fruit salad (melon and apple)

Cannellini Bean, tomato, carrot and cucumber salad with a balsamic dressing
Packet of Lemon & Black Pepper Oatcakes

Mixed Berry Trek Bar
Bowl of Fruit & Fibre with oat milk

Stir-fry (Smoked tofu, rice noodles, carrot, baby corn, sugar snap peas, homemade sweet & sour sauce)

So much for healthy eating...came home starving and depressed, hence the trek bar/cereal binge. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I wish I could survive on the amounts other people here have but I have zilcho willpower and a bottomless pit of a stomach *sigh*

Skylark, I wouldn't worry about comparing your meal plan with another forum member's. Everyone has different calorie needs and goals, so maybe what you're eating is what you actually need! I doubt that you would have eaten the cereal if you didn't need it. I feel sad when people feel bad about their food or think they eat too much. Your day sounds healthy!! :)

Vegankiss, Is Paddington Bear a kids story? I vaguely remember it but didn't remember him eating marmalade sandwiches...:p
