Leftover green lentil and onion pilaf with asparagus for breaky.
Bean salad and pumpkin seed toast with tahini for lunch.
Dark choccie, banana, peaches, and a slice of nana cake for snacks.
Dinner TBD, plan to binge on junk

Thank you Ella - I love these logs but sometimes they're a bit depressing...this is not directed at anyone in particular, but to me a drink alone is not a lunch.

Borlotti bean salad (borlotti beans, sweetcorn, carrot, tomatoes) w/balsamic dressing

Paprika soy crisps

Strawberry/banana soy yoghurt
Stir-fry (smoked tofu, carrot, cabbage, sugar snap peas, wholwheat noodles, soy sauce)
Tea with oat/soy milk x2

yesterday...
breakfast: cocoa crisp w/ soy milk, banana, soy latte
lunch: "tuna" noodle casserole, steamed kale, a pear, diet cherry pepsi
snack: trail mix
dinner: salad (mixed greens, celery, green pepper, snap peas, eggless salad & crumbled tamari sesame crackers)
at a party: bites of herbed pita chips w/ spicy hummus, tortilla chips, chocolate animal crackers, four beers

Anyway, I agree with you that a drink is not a lunch. I'm not sure about others, but I grab a coffee or snack when I don't have a lunchtime. My schedule is basically work or class from 10:30-4:00 :rolleyes: everyday with no breaks.

BREAKFAST:
Jamboxrock's egg salad recipe in a sandwhich with two veggie sausages and ketchup
LUNCH:
Releat chicken, mushrooms, pine nuts, onions, curly kale and soy sauce.
DINNER:
Going to a vegetarian chinese restaurant where for the first time, due to severe allergies, I will be able to taste vegan seafood lol. Looking forward to "prawn toast" and vegan battered oysters lol!

Okay well I'm on a weird schedule since it's Saturday and I slept in. I eat so much on the weekends!!
Meal 1: 1/2c 10-grain hot cereal cooked in water + 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 2 oz. unsweetened, organic, non-GMO soymilk
Meal 2: I still can't believe I can cook a real meal!! :D I think I did just to procrastinate on studying for exams:
1c quinoa + 1.5c low-sodium veggie stock + 1.5c water
1 can organic black beans
1c diced tomatoes
1/2 of that + spinach leaves + steamed carrots
Snack: mango + banana
Snack: luna bar or trail mix

Breakfast: Co-op Shreddies clones with rice milk, coffee.
Lunch: Hot olive ciabattis with "cheese", tomato, onion and mushrooms.
Dinner: Roast tatties and parsnips, nut roast and boiled brussel sprouts.
Snacks: Biscuits and coffee throughout the day.

Oh yes, I love vegan shrimps! The Asian store round the corner started selling mock sea foods some weeks ago and got me totally hooked.
*wants to go to Peking Palace in London again*

1 bowl paste e ceci
two chocolate chip scones
fresh ciabatta bread with baby spinach and tomato salad and olives

1/2 of an Odwalla bar (Peanut Crunch) & a medjool date
1/2 cup of organic white bean and escarole soup
baby carrots & some wheat crackers w/ roasted garlic hummus
still trying to decide what to have for dinner :confused:

blueberry pomegranate juice (addicted to this)
small soy latte (had to work on a group project = needed cafffffeine)
homemade granola bar
seitan chunks with butternut squash, onion & cranberries

I like took a 5 hour nap in the middle of the day. I feel really unhealthy and slobby and my eating is totally helping, lol.
#1:
1 orange
1 cup of tea
#2:
Salad (lots of veggies) with marinated tofu and French dressing and lime juice
#3:
Cinnamon raisin bagel with Earth Balance
Some flavoured water, I think?
#4: (post-nap so I felt like breakfast...I actually thought it was morning when I woke up...)
Bowl of oatmeal
Cup of strawberry-banana juice
Cup of chai-style milky tea

OMG! Vegal rice white chocolate. I thought it would be yuk but NO it's good!!
I got it at the Superfoods (vegan) Expo run by Animal Lib.
Also looking forward to trying the raw cacao bar!!:D

Breakfast: Porridge (oats and quinoa) with soy milk and maple syrup
Sunday dinner: Nut roast, sage and marjoram sausages, homemade mashed up potatoes, carrots for me, peas and sweetcorn for OH, veggie gravy
Tea: Don't know. OH is going to have Cheezly and pickle sandwiches :D I've discovered those very nice Japanese rice cakes with either tamari garlic favour or miso flavour so I might have a *few* more of those... :)

aren't those soups so good?? i love the white bean and pasta and the tortilla soup. i have the black bean and lime and the split pea in my cabinet but haven't tried them yet.

score indeed!! let me know what they're like. and omg have you seen the light yoghurts?! pineapple/passionfruit and raspberry/blackberry - wow! i really hope that there's a supermarket near me that stocks them, but doubtful :rolleyes:
Its really, REALLY good! :D Better than all the other flavours! I haven't seen the light ones, pineapple and passionfruit sounds awesome though, I'll have to look out for it!

oooooooooooh, I soo gotta post what we just ate (forget the rest of the day as nothing compares to this):
cheatin' roast 'beef', roast potatoes, roast sweet potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts [done with veggie worcester sauce, liquid aminos, and fresh black pepper] (thanks for the suggestion ... er I think it was jamboxrox), seasoned roasted parsnips, steamed carrots, steamed broccoli, red onion & red wine sauce.
Fantabulous. If I wasn't sooo stuffed I'd eat it again. :D
