Wow, that's so neat. You should have said hi, Claire. I would have. I probably would have been like "AHHHHH IT'S YOU!". :p

Breakfast:
Crispy Rice cereal w/ soy milk

Snack:
Some bread at church (at Orthodox churches they have actual bread as a part of communion, not wafer things like Catholic churches... and you can have more than one piece :p)

Lunch:
Banana
Chips
I was at my cousin's. I didn't want to be a bother by making a big deal over what I could eat for lunch....:o

Supper:
Homemade falafel! Falafel balls w/ tahini sauce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickled turnip called lift (the hot pink stuff!), pickles, all wrapped in pita bread
2 glasses of pop

Evening snack:
Banana
Cup of coffee w/ soy creamer

It's still early-ish. I might snack more later. I'll update!

Edit #1:
Small plate of nachos (baked tortilla chips, soy mozzarella, diced tomatoes, salsa, vegan sour cream)
Small bowl of marble fudge "ice cream"

Very unbalanced day.

Woke up with a hangover and was sick. Eventually managed to keep down 2 cups of Marigold boullion powder made up with hot water.

Breakfast - 2 wholemeal pitta breads with Pure margarine and yeast extract.

Snack while out in Nottingham - about 1/3 of a freshly baked french stick from M&S, a large bottle of raspberry and strawberry smoothie. 1 gianduja (chocolate hazelnut) square.

more snack - 1 chocolate covered marzipan chocolate, several kirsh soaked chocolate covered cherries.

yet more snack - a big packet of sainsbury's salt and vinegar twirls. A toasted wholemeal roll with more marge and yeast extract.

Dinner - 2 bowls of curried carrot and sweetcorn soup, a white pitta bread with redwoods sausages and tomatoes in. A bottle of cider. Oops :o

tigerlily thats not bad. the only thing relatively unhealthy on your list was a couple of fries and a little bit of icecream. the rest was really healthy, and any extra nutrients you get right now are good because youre still growing right? so dont feel bad *hugs* i get snacky like that too and eat all day even if im not hungry.
