Mmmm...special occasion vegcurry? That meal sounds delicious!

aren't those soups so good?? i love the white bean and pasta and the tortilla soup. i have the black bean and lime and the split pea in my cabinet but haven't tried them yet.

I do love his soups. I have tried the tortilla, the hot and sour, and the miso noodles. The miso is definately my favorite, but the others are good as well. Very easy and not too expensive for quick meals.

Don't worry about it, Ella. When I count my calories and nutrition online, some days I consume 60g of fat and other days only 20g. I think it all balances out in the end. And plus your fat came from healthy sources like nuts and flaxseeds.

As long as your fat equals no more than 30% of your daily calorie intake, then I think it's ok. For example, a couple of days ago I consumed 43g of fat, but that was only 24% of my total calorie intake so that was ok.
