I'm going to appreciate having proper meal times when I graduate...:rolleyes:
B: 1/3c organic rolled oats cooked in water + 1 medium banana + 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
L: 2 medium coffees hand ground over clover from the shop next door to the restaurant; and the barista is vegan!!
S: luna bar
D: stirfry from work yummmm -- bok choy, spinach, carrots, broccoli, red bell peppers, tomatoes, squash, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, edamame, and peanuts with little scoop of garlic

lol, that's what I keep telling myself, but then it's on to postgraduate study and apparently things get even worse :o

breakfast: "tuna" noodle casserole, half a grapefruit, green tea
lunch: tempeh wingz, onion rings, salad (iceberg, carrot, celery, cucumber, avocado, ranch)
snack: mixed nuts
dinner: wheat rotini marinara, steamed broccoli, an orange that tasted funny
before bed: sleepytime tea

i bought ingredients to make tuna casserole today. :D what can i say jambox. ur food inspires! ...but i was too tired to make it tonight so...
coffee
B: veggie bacon, veggie sausage, tater tots, baked beans, toasted rye bread
apple juice
2 mandarin oranges from farmers market
L: curried lentils with brown long grain rice
garlic toasted wg pita dipped in garlic sauce
D: leftover breakfast on sprouted tortilla

I've just been inspired to make vegan tuna casserole for my boyfriend! Thanks for the idea!:)
Today:
Breakfast- bowl of cornflakes with soymilk and a dash of protein powder; sugar-free tang
Snack- peanut butter lunabar
Dinner- Salad with pears, pecans & balsamic vinegarette; pasta with basil and sundried tomatoes
Dessert- Bread Pudding
It was a delicious day, but a few too many carbs!:rolleyes:

Today:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast spread with chocolate peanut butter & mashed organic banana.
1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
1 small container (120g) potato wedges.
2 Vietanmese Vegetarian BBQ "pork" rolls with peanut dipping sauce.
2 cups of green tea.
Sandwich: organic multigrain bread, Nayonaise, Ketchup, Yves garden vegetable patty, organic tomato, organic mixed leaves.
A few polenta chips on the side.
1 piece cranberry apple pie with Alpro custard.

BREAKFAST:
Two organic wholegrain raisen muffins with jam
Strawberries & banannas in organic soya yoghurt
LUNCH:
Tofu, bulgar wheat, mushrooms, courgettes, onions and peppers with a little soya sauce and some lettuce.
DINNER:
Butterbean and kidney bean chilli with added peppers, onions and chopped tomatoes with homemade herby potatoe wedges and corn tortilla chips.
SNACKS throughout the day:
6 squares of cherry Green & Blacks
5 Strawberries
2 raw carrots

BREAKFAST:
Four weetabix with unsweetened soya milk
Grapes & Pineapple
LUNCH:
Spicey bean burger in a wholemeal bun with tomato and avocado. Side salad of tomatoes, avodcado, onions and iceberg lettuce. Home made potato salad made with garlic mayola and fresh home grown chives.
DINNER:
Frys snitzel with steamed carrots, curly kale, wholegrain rice and some thick onion gravy.
SNACKS througout the day:
Raw carrot
Strawberries
A wholegrain roll with organic peanut butter and jam

B: Toasted wholemeal bannana sandwhich.
S: Alpro mango and peach yoghurt.
L: I've packed a granary baguette with cheezley and one tofu sausage. And a kiwi.
D: Who knows...probably my leftover bolognese from yesterday. It was lovely :)

omg, i've just had the nicest lunch ever and it was soooo easy! (i'm a bit lazy when it comes to cooking...)

Breakfast: Porridge with soya milk
Lunch has consisted of a dish I conjured up last night which was
tomato, cauliflower, brocolli and spinach curry.
