Ella = me?? I eat healthy? Maybe I'm too hard on myself lol. I do agree with the coffee, too. I've gotten into a bad habit of having it when I'm studying for exams. But thanks! I try to eat the healthiest I can manage with the time I have. I've cut out sodas, gum, and most processed foods. The only real exception is that I eat luna bars. Unfortunately I found a shop in town that sells gigantic vegan cookies in five flavors.... Ahhh!

I ate 3 large pieces of my mom's vegan lasagna!!!! :D :D :D
Plus, a cookie cake she made, a chocolate pudding pie she made, plus some chips and salsa and a scoop of ice cream.

This is why I try and visit my parents more than once a month. me=spoiled

My mom even keeps vegan dog biscuits on hand for when we come now.

Plus she bought me a bag of urinary formula cat food for the cats.

All this from a woman who once claimed she would NEVER own another filthy animal. She takes care of a stray, and recently adopted another cat.

My parents rock.

Aww, *hugs* Witchy...I wish I had that problem!

Ella - 15 beers. Wow, is that a record? I am suitably impressed :D I'm such a lightweight - I'd be crying in agony on the floor with a migraine after one...

Roxy - Your day rocks (no pun intended). I would love to go raw and I really hope it works out for you. I only tried it once and I ended up very weak, shaky and hungry all the time. I stuck with it for almost a week but then I succumbed to one of my many migraines (major photosensitivity, nausea, vertigo, visual disturbance. Urgh) and was in bed for three days before I could even open the curtains. I don't know what I did wrong :( Anyways, I'll stop waffling about me and just say that your journey has led me to consider trying again. Good luck!

Yesterday:

Two oatibix with rice milk
Banana

Chickpea salad (chickpeas, mushrooms, carrot, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, celery) w/red pepper dressing
Banana and grapes w/soy yoghurt

Apple
35g bar Green and Blacks Maya Gold Chocolate

Stir-fry (Tofu, wholewheat noodles, cabbage, sugar snap peas, baby corn, soy sauce, rapeseed oil)

Tea with rice milk x2

breakfast - two pieces of wholemeal bread and butter as i was running down the stairs and as i was cycling down the road! i was late :D

lunch - left over shep's pie and chick pea gravy (vwav is possibly the best ten quid i ever spent...)

dinner - for some reason, have had brekkie for dinner...three baking powder biscuits with chick pea gravy and tempeh crumble. seem to have made my crumble a bit too salty...have to put some sugar in it methinks.

also had:

piece and ahalf of rum orange cake
more bread and butter.

i hate it when i don't have proper brekkie....i munch all day.

You should be proud of yourself....such restraint. :)

I once ate 1kg of dried mango in a 24 hour period.

And 15kg of bananas in 4 days.

And 10kg of medjool dates in less than a week.

It seems there are some drawbacks to buying in bulk. I won't even mention how quickly I consumed the box of 12 x grape juice halva.

:eek::eek::eek:
