Yesterday:

Breakfast - Mesa Sunrise Flakes and rice milk
Snack throughout the day - Gorrila Munch cereal
Lunch - chips and salad at the pub
Dinner - left over quinoa casserole, then a sweet potato and then a wrap with sweetcorn, salsa and some tofutti sour supreme (I was a bit hungry)

BREAKFAST:

Bananna, pineapple and a dash of flaxseed oil smoothie


LUNCH:

Tofu, mushrooms and sweetcorn in bbq marinade eaten with some romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes and some potatoe wedges.

DINNER:

Wholemeal pasta with mince, garlic and onion bolognaise and homemade wholemeal garlic and chive bread.

Two scoops of toffuti mango ice cream

SNACKS:

None

Yesterday i had

Breakfast: cranberry wheats with soya yogurt, grapes and a banana

Lunch: Sage and Onion slices sandwhich with garlic mayo, grapes

Tea: sausage curry

treat: i finished my tub of chocolate swedish glace ice cream mmmmmmmm:o

It is very very hard. Especially when you have the interview of your life two days after you quit. I'm not backing down this time. I've tried to quit so many times before and failed. This time it has to work. I don't want to die young.

It is almost half past twelve here, so I am still wondering what I will make for lunch. Sandwiches, probably.

For breakfast I had two slices of whole grain bread with marmite, tahini and mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseeds), a mug of soyamilk and a mug of Iron fortified lemonade.

I had a cup of tea with some sugar at my friend's house and some chocolate eggs and 2/3 of a chocolate bar at home.

Don't worry about it Witchy - I don't drink either and I too get treated like a social outcast / misfit / weirdo but quite honestly I don't care :p Be true to yourself *insert soy-cheesy music here*

Fruit and seed muesli with oat/rice milk
Banana

Mediterranean vegetable soup
Chickpea salad (chickpeas, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, carrot, celery) w/red pepper dressing

Apple
1/2 banana w/plain soy yoghurt

Two Linda McCartney sausages
Baked beans and peas

One Weetabix w/oat milk

Tea with oat milk x2

Breakfast: Allbran, lots of demerara sugar and soya milk (too hungry to cook anything!)
Lunch: Two slices of home-made bread with hummus and an apple. Miso soup.
Snack: Almost a whole bar of Green and Black Ginger chocolate (the last of my Mothers Day present...) One small carton of OY, chocolate flavour (feeling quite yucky now, actually...)
Dinner: In the slow cooker at present is African Sweet Potato and Peanut Stew (from Vegan Planet - it's totally yummy and the only way my daughter will eat undisguised sweet potato) which we'll have with flat bread.
Drinks: water

Gosh Heartsease that's a lot of fruit!

Today:

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch: 4 Japanese rice crackers (black sesame), masses of baby sweetcorn and mange tout with a plain hummous dip, 1 Alpro Soy vanilla desert, 1 banana, 1 kiwi fruit, 1 Alpro Soy strawberry shake

Dinner: Reheated chilli from yesterday and... erm... 9 pieces of garlic bread. Well they would have gone to waste otherwise so I didn't really have a choice!! I feel a bit sick now :( :o

Lunch: Slice of mushroom pie, piece of chocolate square cake

Dinner: Some baked bean bake, alpro soya strawberry yoghurt

Snacks throughout day: strawberries, organix noughts and crosses crisps

Breakfast: 2 slices of bread, one with PB, one with "Cheddar" Tofutti slice. Cup of tea

Lunch: Slice of bread with Tofutti Herbs & Chives, leftover lentil burger (from yesterday), green peas and corn niblets.

Snack: A carrot and an apple

Dinner: Penne with lentil bolognese, gem lettuce

B: 1/2c organic oats cooked in water + 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 1 medium banana

L: large fair trade coffee + 2 luna bars (at the library)

D: will be veggie soup -- tomato + water based w/ carrots, peas, baby spinach, crunchy sprouts, penne pasta, kidney beans, and celery

S: two grapefruit

S2: banana + PB

visited chicago diner today :) I had vegan chicken parm with a side of mac n "cheeze".

Sorry my vegan chicken parma dn mac n "cheeze" phot was so giant..i don't knwo how to change that. I actually have a food blog if you want to check it out..i try to post what i eat everyday with pictures.

Sunrisesunset, that plate looks so good! I'm wanting to start a blog soon too. Soon as I find some time.


breakfast: 2 wheat-free waffles w/ sugar-free apple butter, oj, green tea

lunch: taco salad (leaf lettuce, cilantro, refried black beans, salsa, nacho sauce, baked multigrain tortilla chips), diet dr. pepper

snack: sourdough pretzels

dinner: wheat orzo w/ marinara, broccoli stems & toasted pine nuts, sauteed broccoli, apple fritter

coupla sips of soy latte before having to throw it away to catch flight (layover grrr :()
