breakfast: two pieces flax & fiber toast - one w/ pb & apricot jam, one w/ eb & strawberry jam, coke zero

lunch: bbq tempeh pizza, chocolate chips

snack: banana

dinner: falafel & hummus on pita w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle & tahini sauce, a couple beers

I was baking and cooking all day for a brunch tomorrow, so I also had tastes of most everything.

One lychee. One clementine.
Two slices of wholemeal toast with Pure spread, Natex reduced-salt yeast extract and cold baked beans.
Wholemeal pasta with sauce made from sunflower oil, garlic, onion, tomatoes, courgette, mushroom, parsley and Linda McCartney sausages.
One red grape.
Tandoori vegetable pasty.
More wholemeal pasta, homemade sauce and Tofutti cream cheese.
One bottle of Cobra beer.

I had an illegal burrito!!!! With: rice, black beans, lettice, tomato, pico de gallo, black olives, roasted onions, corn, cilantro, and green tomatillo sauce on two whole wheat tortillas.

For those of you who don't know, an illegal burrito is the largest size of burrito from Izzo's, of the other sizes super felony, and regular misdemeaner. The illegal is aprox. a foot long, and 4 inches in diameter. They use two large torillas to wrap it. It is pure heaven in aluminium foil. My tummy is jolly.

...now I want another one.

BREAKFAST:

Mushrooms, avocado and onion in a wholemeal tortilla

LUNCH:

Organic red cabbage, hearts of palm, red onion, rice noodles and a lemony sauce thing from a jar. Was very fullfilling after two hours at the gym.

DINNER:

Chilli with mashed creamy butternut squash to cool it down.

SNACK:

Bowl of weetabix with agave nectar

Yesterday

Breakfast: Rolled oats soaked in soy milk with sliced banana and a drizzle of maple syrup

Lunch: Two slices of bread with Tofutti Herbs & Chives, a pear and a clementine

Dinner: BIG salad (arugula, gem lettuce, avocado, kidney beans, red pepper, fried leek) and roasted portobello mushroom (from VCon)

Snacks: Potato chips, dark chocolate

I feel so hungry today, I've been stuffing my face and it's not even 1 yet.:D

W/m sandwich with scheese and yeast extract
(I tried to use yeast extract to make the scheese taste less like caramel but to no avail)

Packet of crisps
Handful of cashews
Banana

I'm roasting half a butternut squash for lunch and I'm going to have broccoli, sweetcorn, peas and gravy with it

Can relate to the hunger Aphrodite - yesterday I snaffled everything in sight :o

MASSIVE fruit salad (Two bananas, apple, pear, red grapes)
25g Brazil Nuts

Dates, dried apricots

Sprouted hemp bread w/tahini & olive spread
Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrot, cucumber) w/heaps of hummus

Smoothie ~ Banana, oat milk, blueberries, cacao powder & agave

Tofu, carrot, beansprout, hemp seed & raisin salad w/sesame ginger & soy dressing
Vegan sushi (baby corn, brown rice, miso, untoasted nori)
More baby corn and sugar snap peas

Not loving the Scheese then! :p Why not try it mixed through pasta sauce, or in a jacket potato or in mash? (Try a little bit first though - in case you hate it, saves ruining the entire meal!)

:D It is a little weird. I was thinking of trying it on a jacket potato actually.

Dinner will be "sausages" and dumplings in tomatoes/mushrooms/peppers with new potatoes and green beans

(Memo to self: I will NOT just write about the days I eat only good,
healthy food...)

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Two slices of Tesco organic sliced bread, LOTS of Pure
marg and marmalade with two fried Rashers on top. Mug of No-Caff
with Agave nectar
Lunch: Leek and Potato soup with Foccacia bread
Snacks: chocolate OY; rather a lot of Maya Gold (bought to make
Chocolate Log with - I'll have to replace it now...); a couple of
chocolate Rich Tea biscuits (I 'make' them by melting Green and Black
cooking choc and coating one side of Rich Teas and digestives and
then putting them in the fridge until the choc is hard again)
Dinner: cashew nut roast, 'roast' potatoes (boiled and then deep-
fried), broccoli, carrots and a tomato sauce made by frying onion and
garlic and then adding a tin of tomatoes and some herbs and cooking
till reduced a bit. Pudding: rather a lot of Swedish Glace...

So now you know why I'm a tad on the cuddly side...

pad thai

a slice of chocolate cake (had to try!)

now some mixed salad with freshly baked bread

Lunch: Bowl of green peas, a pear

Snacks: Potato chips, trail mix and dark chocolate

Dinner: Broccoli, red bell pepper, leek and onion in 'curry' sauce (indian spice mix, canned tomato and coconut milk) over quinoa

Snacks: Clementine and red grapes

leftover curried split peas over jasmine rice (vwav)
banana
3 chocolate chip cookies
bit of fresh pineapple
luna bar
fried tofu with katsu sauce
miso soup
sushi

Today
pasta della callifornia from veganom. (linguini with arugala, broccoli, and avocados cooked with lime juice, garlic, red pepper, olive oil, white wine- it was delicious, better than I expected it to be)
caramel latte with soy milk and soy whipped cream
planning on having an everything bagel with hummus and a grapefruit for dinner

L: salad -- lots of baby spinach, tomatoes, shredded carrot, edamame, garbanzo beans, zucchini, etc
a handful of grapes
pomegranate juice/ iced tea drink

D: split pea + carrot soup
1 almond, 1 cashew, 1 brazilnut, 1 hazelnut
banana + orange + strawberries

S1: hanful of chips

S2: medjool dates + orange spiced tea + darjeeling tea

Oatmeal (maple syrup and brown sugar flavour)

Today:

2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
1 fruit bun with Soy Garden spread.

2 pieces organic multigrain toast topped with chocolate peanut butter & mashed organic banana.

1 bowl Amy's no chicken noodle soup.

Big organic salad: mixed leaves, spinach, cucumber, granny smith apple. Home-made dressing of fresh lime juice, water & almond butter.

1 vegan nougat bar.

1 cup chai tea with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic multigrain toast with Soy Garden spread and strawberry jam.

1 cup organic orange mango juice.

About 5 big glasses of water throughout the day.
