Sprouted hemp bread w/olive spread
Salad (tomatoes, lettuce, celery, carrot, pepper, cucumber)

Alpro Vanilla soy dessert
Wholemeal couscous w/lentil & apricot sauce

3/4 blueberry & rice milk smoothie - gross, I threw the rest out :(

I overate last night (actually I've been overeating in general), so today will be a little less than normal.
I'm trying to eat more raw and preparing for when I'm ready to go all raw permanently (eek).
B: medium fair trade, organic coffee
L: 1 small banana + 8 strawberries + 1 orange + 3 brazil nuts + 3 almonds
S: snacking during my study breaks on organic chickpeas and soybeans
S2: mango
D: split pea soup + 1/2 medium tomato + banana w/ organic PB

a cocoa brownie trek bar
a raw corn on the cob
sweet spud and normal spud wedges loads of..more sweetcorn some steamed brocolli a pile of tomato ketchup..some sliced fake soya meat thing *sobs*
i want some icecream now..the raw stuff is all going weird and wrong
edit - i put some in a bowl with some deglet noir dates mashed with peanut butter..:o

Breakfast: Porridge (4 grain plus quinoa, made with soya milk and maple syrup)
Snack: 2 bananas
Lunch: Bento box (other thread) plus Alpro Soy vanilla dessert, kiwi fruit and 1 strawberry (a bit random I know!)
Dinner: 2 wholewheat pittas with roasted red pepper hummous, 4 Japanese rice crackers (black sesame flavour) and 2 choc chip cookies

i dont know why thats so confusing to me. i should remember it now :rolleyes:
i avoid anything with lact- in it, unless marked vegan, bc i'm a dipshit. :p
And lactone, which is sometimes used when making tofu, doesn't have anything to do with milk, as far as I know.

One bagel with Tofutti cream cheese. Rooibos tea. Clementine.
Hummus, lettuce and red pepper sandwich on wholemeal bread. Small Apple Pie Nakd bar. Blackberry and nettle tea.
Cranberry and raspberry juice drink with Floradix.
Tamari-marinated tofu cooked with spinach and garlic. Pasta salad (wholemeal pasta, mixed sprouts, courgette, cucumber, avocado, red cabbage, oilce oil and lemon juice dressing).
Red pepper strips dipped in hummus.
Rooibos tea with soya milk. Three chocolate chip cookies.

Baked sweet potato with a slice of "butter", sweetcorn, chic peas, tomatoes and lots of lettuce.
SNACKS:
Bananna
Two apples
DINNER:
Wholegrain rice, steamed green beans, crispy kale, frys snitzel and lotsa onion gravy.

S - box of expired crackers, expired wasabi peas
D - 2 veggie burgers (expired) with L & T on Ezekial
post-D - many a swig of ACV (free, it leaked a whole drop at work)
How well-rounded. :rolleyes: Hey, at least most of it was free. Lowering my grocery bill = <3.

Breakfast: Rolled oats soaked in soy milk with grated pear and cinnamon
Lunch: Jeweled brown rice
Dinner: Roasted brussels sprouts and puy lentils with sauteed onion and red pepper.
Edit: Had kiwi and mango fruit salad for dessert, and snacked on dried fruit and nuts.

mmm..hummous..it's been way too many days since hummous-day in my house.
*everyday can be hummous day!!*
i've had a banana..a cocoa brownie trek bar, red pepper, red onion, bok choi, tomatoes, engevita, hemp seeds, a raw corn on the cob
some deglet noir dates + peanut butter..:p
lots of stir fried peppers, carrots,mushrooms,brocolli and rice noodles
not had anything to drink..that's not good :confused:

It's so good! It's made by Lindt, but unfortunately I haven't seen it in Britain. I brought loads back with me from Germany, but I'm running low - need to get my parents to send me some more ;)
