I HAVE TO DO THIS TO TRY AND KEEP AN EYE ON MYSELF!

thick slice of raisin bread
peach yoghurt (Alpro)
more raisin bread!
salad
wholewheat crackers with Tofutti cream cheese (about 6 of them)
more salad
raw carrot
homemade choc ice-cream that i had to melt as it was soooo hard
just about to have mushrooms fried in soy sauce and garlic with asparagus and mini roast potatoes

Don't worry about the raisin bread, it's your body saying 'I want carbs!' and as long as they're wholegrain, low in fat (under 15% fat) and low GI your body will burn them not store them. I'd try and cut down on vegan cheeses and ice creams as they're very high in fat and quite processed. Saying that, 'Stuff In A Tub' is only 10% fat and those are natural fats so that's a good treat :D

I saw you mention on another thread about not reading diet books, which is an excellent plan because diets don't work. Changes to your lifestyle and attitude however, do. Try reading this (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Breaking-Food-Seduction-Cravings-Naturally/dp/0312314949/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1205767069&sr=8-1), it's good ol' Dr Barnyard (;)) explaining how a low GI, vegan wholefoods diet means you can eat what you like (if it fits those criteria) and not put on weight, especially when combined with a little exercise like the walking you've been doing in the countryside around your house.

Another good book is 'Fat Is A Feminist Issue' (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fat-Feminist-Issue-Susie-Orbach/dp/0099481936). I found ti really helpful in dealing with my body image and eating issues, and helped me learn to let go of a lot of problems.

coffee + rice milk
porridge, grated apple + raisins

wholemeal pita filled with hummus, lettuce, tomato + diced olive
2 carrots, tangerine

coffee + rice milk
2 fruit oatcakes

savoy cabbage + potato curry
Alpro pineapple + passion fruit yogurt

Has anybody tried the new Alpro light yogurts? I am majorly disappointed, they don't taste of anything. Not worth the money. Minus the calories equals minus the taste.

P.S. I get my organic ones from Tesco.

P.P.S. Has anyone else's Tesco stopped selling the 500g pots? (forest fruits and/or plain)
