I had a bowl of soy yogurt forest fruit flavour with some Weetabix bran flakes and iron fortified lemonade for breakfast, Cheezly and Cheatin' ham grilled sandwich with some mustard and sundried tomato tapenade for lunch (with herbal tea) and for dinner I had instant potato mash mixed with red cabbage from a jar and some dried basil and oregano, yeast flakes and Marmite. And a Provamel Leek burger. Herbal tea. Half a liter of water (one small bottle). Some dark chocolate.
I did not have any fruit today. Not sure why. It is there. Lots of it.
