fresh veggie juice- 1 celery, green apple, 3 carrots
bowl toasted nut wheat free muelsi w/ gluten free/low-fat soymilk topped w/ mixed berries
2x green tea's
L: Starbucks grande lite soy latte
D: 2x bowls homemade tomato soup
blanched broccolli w/ 1/2 a side of avocado, 1/2 a red onion & some tangy dressing
2L water

2 hot cross buns and a hot cross bunny
1 apple
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilli
some seitan peperoni
some berry soy yoghurt

Two oatibix w/dates, raisins, sultanas & rice milk
Banana
Two slices wholemeal bread w/olive spread
Veggies (lettuce, carrot, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper) w/three bean hummous
Paprika soy crisps
Red grapes
Slice bread w/chocoreale duo
Stir-fry (rice noodles, sugar snap peas, baby corn, pak choi, soy sauce, peanut butter)
Tea w/rice milk x2

whole sesame seed pita filled with grilled veggies and tofutti cream cheese
big bowl of roasted carrots
triscuits dipped in hummus

About 4 glasses of apple juice.
Banana.
Open sandwich with avocado, tomatoes and sea salt
Packet of crisps.
For lunch I'm having a nut cutlet sandwich with lettuce and ketchup and green tea.
I am having potatoes, parsnips, peas, sweetcorn and cauli with mushroom gravy later when I can be bothered to go and cook it for dinner.

So far today:
Breakfast: Porridge with soya milk and agave nectar
Snack: 1 Japanese black sesame rice cracker
Lunch: *Mahoosive* bowl of organic homemade soup (onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, purple something (not sure - anonymous veggie from organic veg box!!) and spinach, plus 2 Food Doctor seeded pitta breads with roasted red pepper hummous and then a banana.
Snack: Will be fruit (kiwis, blueberries)
Dinner: Will be homemade pizza using Cherry's sauce recipe :)

Lunch today was a giant wholemeal bap crammed with Redwood's sausages which were doused in Jalapeno Houmous.

Guacamole (1 whole avocado, 1 whole organic roma tomato, organic lemon juice)
Natural kettle chips (just potatoes, salt, sunflower oil)
3 big handfuls of pistachios (organic -- the nuts and the hand)
2 Brazil nuts (organic)
2 Walnuts (organic)
1 glass grape juice -- with vitamins/supplementsDINNER:
Indian curry sauteed (organic) veggies: zucchini, squash, onion, cabbage
DESSERT:
"It's Soy Delicious" Orange/Vanilla sorbet (a new find!)

Avocado, lettuce, grated carrot, cherry tomato, spinach, watercress, rocket and Plamil mayonnaise sandwich on granary bread.
Curry flavoured noodles. One slice of granary bread with Pure spread.
Plum.
French bread pizza with tomato, aubergine and black olives. Celery. Red onion and tomato salad. Spinach, watercress and rocket.

Today:
I was naughty. No fruits or veggies. I unexpectedly went out with friends for a late lunch/early dinner, so my plans for a veggie filled dinner went down the drain.
1 cup of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden spread.
2 Tofurky breakfast sausages with maple syrup.
1 hot cross bun with Soy Garden spread & strawberry jam.
1 Sticky Rice Roll (sticky rice filled with 3 different types of shredded tofu and a small piece of Chinese donut).
1/2 Chinese donut.
1 peach tea (bubble tea).
3 sesame rolls with red bean paste inside.

They are long donuts (mine was about a foot long), and basically just flour, water and salt. They are more like a long piece of fried salty dough lol. Addictive though. You can also get them sweet, so I guess they put sugar in the sweet ones, and also coat them with sesame seeds.
I would never have guessed that they were vegan, but I have a vegan friend who is Chinese, and she was with me in the Chinese place, showing me all the things that we could eat.
I also tried a tiny piece of scallion pancake - but I didn't like it.

Few chunks of pineapple
LUNCH:
Stir fried courgette, kale, bean sprouts, onion and red cabbage with rice noodles, soy sauce and satay dip
SNACKS:
Two apples
Few chunks of pineapple
DINNER:
Wholemeal calzone (oh yeh I made it baby!!!!! :D) stuffed with "cheesy" carrots, sweetcorn, leeks and peppers, homemade potato wedges and a large salad
SNACKS:
Few squares of mint chocolate

I woke up feeling so hungry today and so have eaten loads already:

Yesterday
b: pancakes (a home brew: flour/baking soda/canola oil/soymilk/vinegar/salt and agave nectar for flavoring) I made enough for three meals and froze two servings.
l: cornbread
d: Determined to have something that didn't contain flour I opted for a salad (a fairly typical one) and roasted eggplant and bell peppers with tahini.
Today:
